I have interacted with multiple staff from this company and they seem to be very caring. The supervisors have been very knowledgeable but continue to change due to poor administration. The supervisors and staff are not able to do their full duties because they continually change and are not supported by the company. I would suggest avoiding this company. I really loved my BCBA but he always seemed over worked and scheduling was rude and pushing. I would have the bcba back in a second but Im leaving this company for sure.

Its very concerning as a parent to know you have a devoted supervisor without support from the company administrative team. Multiple staff and supervisors have been taken without notice or effective transitioning. The administration does not seem to care or support the best interest of clients or the family and only has money in mind. I pray that any family seeking services thinks twice before considering behavior and education.

Behavior and Education has been a life saver I loved that I was explained the whole process before committing without any hesitation me and my husband decided to choose BAE and that was the best choice we have ever made. My son is learning everything so quickly. Everyone is very friendly and have a very good communication.

A neighbor recommended Behavior and Education when my child received an autism diagnosis. It was a really hard time for our family but the staff has helped us. I like the regular parent education that the team shares with me. It helps me to feel like I can help my child at home even when the therapist isnt there.

After spending some time on the waitlist we started receiving ABA services at Behavior and Education. It has been 6 months and we have a therapist who we like and my son likes too. He always gets excited when the therapist arrives at our house. I have noticed improvements with my son and that makes me happy.

My daughter has a behavior therapist from this company at her elementary school. The therapist goes to my daughters school and spends a few hours in the classroom with her each day. We are grateful for the classroom help. My daughter has even started to make some friends which I think has a lot to do with her social development at school because of the therapist.

I am extremely impressed with this company. My son has made tremendous progress in the few months we have been receiving services. The process to get started took awhile as I was told up front. The waiting was difficult but I am more than happy now that I am seeing the results first hand. Thanks for detailing out the process so I knew what to expect and keep up the great work

We have been with BAE for more than a year. We switched to this agency after we spent a few years with a different agency who made scheduling really difficult. Scheduling at BAE is easy. We have a single scheduling contact person who helps to solve any problems. We dont intend to move to another agency any time soon.

Our experience with Behavior and Education has been truly life changing for our family. We left another agency to work with them in 2014 and we have been so pleased. The staff we have worked with are highly skilled knowledgeable professional respectful and available from the Director of the agency to the scheduling staff. They collaborate beautifully with each other with us and with doctors and school personnel going above and beyond to make a difference. Working together we have made some remarkable progress

This company is run in a poor small-minded manner with little interest for their clients. 1.They have some of the rudest people ABA therapists coming over to your house not dressed in proper dress attire. Also the ABA therapist we worked with was always about 15 minutes late.2. My child has not improved since beginning ABA therapy about a year ago. I can also show proof of that because she does not seem to show any long term improvements such as socializing and she is still throwing tantrums and her eye contact and aggressive behavior seems to be getting worse.3. The ABA therapists only seem to do real work when accompanied by a supervisor but for the most part they like to sit and do nothing. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs.
