These guys have been super wonderful with helping me get through my ACL reconstruction. Every staff member I have come across has been very kind and encouraging. Will recommend them to friends and family moving forward.

I have needed the services of Bay State Physical Therapy several times over the past few years. I keep coming back to them for so many reasons - knowledgeable professional therapists who always listen to my concerns and work in developing a plan for me. All of the staff are friendly and dedicated to what they do. I would recommend them 100 to anyone needing a physical therapist.

The physical therapists know what they are doing. With gentle exercises taught to me over a course of 6 weeks I was able to manage the pain centered on my right hip. I worked mostly with Josh. He knew which exercises would benefit me just by me explaining the type of pain and its source. I would highly recommend Bay State Physical Therapy to anyone in need of gentle pain relief.

First I would like to say that the office staff were was very helpful when setting my appointments. I have a difficult schedule to work around but all went well.All therapists that worked with me were highly professional and I could tell all are dedicated to their profession. Also they are all personable and easy to work with.

Ive had 2 total replacements I went to the w.Brookfield office to be treated. Everyone everything is well maintainedprofessional friendly as well as understanding. Keep up the amazing work

The therapists and office staff are very friendly and helpful. I am greeted with a smile on every visit. I feel like I am being treated as an individual and my personal wellness is their concern. When you visit you will see other patients being treated with the same level of care and respect. I highly recommend all of the therapists at the practice.

Very clean professional. Ashley in particular was fantastic She was knowledgeable helpful professional and personable. I was given a lot of ideas and tools to help my issue. Definitely left feeling better than when I came in

I primarily worked with Ashley to rehab my shoulder. She was pleasant knowledgeable and thorough. We were able to work around a trip I had already booked and thanks to her instructions I was able to continue my rehab while I was gone for a month.
