Bay State Physical Therapy - West Bridgewater

I use to think the staff was amazing until I was degraded by one of the staff members. Her name is Mya. She seems to think the majority of black people have Mass health and Medicare. She is clearly uneducated and racist. I was told she needed some coaching and HR never followed up with me and checked on me. Words hurt and Im definitely ruined by this place when it use to be my top go too place. She shouldnt have a job after that racist comment not coaching. Ignorance is what it was. I made people I know aware as to what happened here.

This was my second time getting physical therapy at this location. All of the therapists were knowledgeable and pleasant. I would not hesitate to come back if I need PT again. I will miss them putting me through my paces.

What can I say about this place. THE BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER WENT TO. Amazing staff and receptionist. I was looking forward every time for my appointment. They are very helpful. Maura is an exceptional physical therapist who played a pivotal role in alleviating my back pain. Her tailored approach and expert guidance made each session effective and enjoyable. I appreciate her dedication to my well-being and highly recommend her for anyone seeking top-notch physical therapy.

This is such a great place Maura does so well with my son She is so patient and really helps him and works with him even on his stubborn days my son has become famous over at Baystate He makes everyone laugh. Erin and Olivia are so great They are always happy and so professional whenever I go to check in or have an issue with an appointment. I have had nothing but amazing experiences at Baystate I wouldnt send anyone anywhere else I am so grateful for Maura really helping me and working with my little guy and helping him gain more strength and encouraging him every visit

The people are very nice here and I barely saw any of the workers here be mean. This place is the best and the visitors are also very nice This is one of the best places Ive been.

Heckin awesome and friendly staffI like that they can vary their approaches to your session depending on your needs or what you prefer. With most things I like a casual hands off approach and they do it perfectly with me. They check in throughout the session to see where Im at for timing purposes or to see where Im at so that they can introduce a new exercise or difficulty level. Overall a lovely group of people who know what theyre doing

I have been going to the West Bridgewater location. This facility has amazing staff. I have mainly been seeing Gennessa and she is such an asset to this location. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented and I have great trust in what she does. She has helped me so much. My husband also goes here and wouldnt go anywhere else. We also worked with her through telehealth. It worked out great.

I havent had to have much physical therapy in my life but I cant imagine having a better experience than I have had at Bay State. The therapists are all very professional and really get to the problem you are experiencing explain clearly what strengthening and stretching exercises will help with the problem and make it quite easy and very fun slowly increasing the difficulty when you are ready. Maura mostly worked with me and I so admire her. Shes a good listener very skillful and offers lots of tips. The staff have a great relationship with each other and everyone seems to enjoy their therapy sessions there. I highly recommend Bay State Physical Therapy.

This was the first time I had to go through physical therapy and I had no idea what to expect. Little did I know that if it was going to be this enjoyable I would have gotten injured earlier Ok that might be a little much but it was a great experience. Each one of the three physical therapists and assistant that I worked with per professional caring and really genuine. When I went in I felt like I was meeting up with friends. My main PT diagnosed my issue on the first day and it wasnt anything that either one of my doctors even caught on to.Overall Im so glad that I found this place and the people in it. Yes the space might have been a little smaller but I never had to wait more than a minute until the table opened up and I never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes for my PT to come to me when I needed it.

Amazing care service and cleanliness Every single member who works here is absolutely fantastic. I am continually impressed by and very grateful for the therapy I receive at Baystate Physical Therapy . It is targeted and focused 100 on my needs. I feel totally secure in knowing I will be carefully guided to get the most possible from my therapy to achieve realistic goals in addressing my particular issues. On a personal level I also want to note that I enjoy my sessions with Gennessa Brad and laura - the time we spend were always productive and invaluable to my health....and very pleasant Great staff. Everyone is very friendly and its clear they care about the people theyre treating. My favorite piece of equipment is the Shoulder Arm Exercise Pulley I wish that I had discovered this place years ago Gennessa worked on me the most and she knows her stuff She knew exactly how to figure out a precise diagnosis. She listened carefully observed carefully and then chose the precise exercises that would rebalance my body. I feel as if Im floating rather than walking. She is a great teacher giving clear instructions at a pace that was perfect for me. She is also warm personable and distracted me with good conversation so that I didnt tense up . Hard to find someone who is so skilled and yet humble someone who really reacts to what I say about my body and can offer a good strategy for each complaint. Shes a genius problem-solver Overall everything about this place was excellent The staff were helpful and caring and made therapy fun Couldnt ask for anything better Highly RecommendedThank you Gennessa Brad Laura Mark Olivia Hannah Kim Erica and everyone else that helped me.
