Me and my son both had started physical therapy and have improved drastically. They are really kind and help you while not in a lot of pain. They have helped my son get his leg stronger and my foot much stronger. They are the best physical therapy place and I would recommend them to anyone I know

My experience at Bay state physical therapy in Taunton Massachusetts has been great Between the comfortable rehabilation environment and flexible scheduling this location should be the poster child of physical therapy. From entrance to exit the entire team works effortlessly to rehabilitate not just your body but your minds with all the support you will receive while in session. Clean place convenient location friendly and knowledgable staff.......... my PTist had me walking without crutches a week after knee surgery and we dont think itll be 8-12 weeks until Im fully recovered I highly recommend this place

Short answer If you want a place thats laid back with friendly staff who want to help you I highly recommend this location. If you want an uptight impersonal experience this probably isnt the place for you.Needed PT after a motorcycle accident and Bay State was right down the street so I figured I would try them first. I saw a couple different people at first both were good friendly explained exercises well etc but i only saw them 1 time each. Have been seeing Bailey for past few weeks and shes been awesome Super friendly makes conversation to keep it from being awkward gets to know you and she remembers everything you talked about. I never have to wait long nor do I ever feel rushed and I honestly feel she cares about my well-being. I have already noticed an improvement in some areas and Bailey has been great about tailoring exercises to work specifically on whats bothering me.As with all PT these things take time its not magic. Give an honest effort be open and honest about how youre feeling and I think you will have just as good of an experience as Ive been having.

Super friendly staff Angela and Ashley are the therapist who have been treating my shoulder injury ..very knowledgeable and caring.. I would recommend Baystate to any friends and family who are in need of treatment.

I want to share my experience with the practice from the receptionists to the therapists regarding their overall performance. Every time I visited they were warm and welcoming which made me feel valued as a patient. I always looked forward to my next visit thanks to their friendly demeanor. Today was my first time at Bay State. I chose them because of the terrific things I heard about their facility. I must say they were absolutely wonderful. Professional in every way. Facility is immaculate which is a must. Im extremely pleased and hopeful they will be able to help me.

I have had such an excellent experience with Bay State Physical Therapy. I was in a motor vehicle collision at the end of March 2021 and the entire Bay State Physical Therapy team has made me feel right at home and is helping me get back to my baseline prior to the collision. I have worked mostly with Tara and Angela and both of them have been great. When I was referred for Physical Therapy treatment by my doctor I knew I would go to Bay State Physical Therapy--Taunton because it came highly recommended to me by prior patients. Its a great group of people working here. It would be impossible to give this office anything but five stars. All staff from checking in to therapists and chiropractor are awesome They are welcoming friendly patient. And fun talking with all while teaching you the proper way to complete therapy.
