My experiences at other local physical therapy organizations only serve to emphasize the strengths of Bay State friendly atmosphere competent and knowledgeable therapists who treat what you need without hurting anything that shouldnt be hurt. No wasted time waiting for your therapist to finally call you in or on gym machines that you already use at home. Help is at hand finally.

I have had physical therapy else where in the past. I have to say Bay State physical therapy is a really good place. My therapist Jodi is great God bless her hands. I have gone there with bad pain and have come out feeling better.

I have been to Bay State Physical Therapy twice now and both times I found the therapists to be excellent and the office staff to be friendly and helpful. The first time I was at the Swampscott location but had to switch to the Salem location. I was receiving dry needling for a sore shoulder but my therapist went out on maternity leave. Fortunately one of the therapists at the Salem location had been trained for the procedure so I didnt have to go much further. Again. Both locations were excellent

I am so glad I discovered BayState PT. I had met the owner years ago and then moved to The North Shore and saw the place near my house. Jodi has been amazing for helping my hip and back both of which I have experienced long term issues with and she has been a savior for healing progress. I am getting back to my old active self more with each visit Once I had Kate when I could not get on Jodis schedule and she has been fantastic too. All staff is friendly and helpful and I so appreciate this practice. I tell all my area friends about it as I am so grateful for the healing help I have received. Perfect

My experience at BSPT was so positive. Words like great amazing excellent etc. describe it.Kate Paulhus first helped me with my elbow and then I saw her for my back. She is so conscientious and attentive. Always professional patient. I asked a lot of questions.A nice person so knowledgable.I was so lucky to see herBay State is the place to go for PT

Variable quality depending on what PT professional you get assigned to. Quality of one therapist was low and disheartening. It felt as if she was not focused on me as the patient rushed did not feel as if she recalled my physical issues and just went through the motions. The alternative therapist was really good. She spent time with me explaining in detail the exercises she was compassionate attentive and encouraging. Change therapists until you find a professional that is attentive and high quality

Having broken my hand the aftermath of the bone cure was some extremely tight ligaments in the hand from over use of the unaffected fingers resulting in very limited motion and efficiency of use. My therapist Kate used physical manipulation and various exercises improving my range of motion strength and flexibility very quickly. I am very pleased with the results so far and look forward to complete hand restoration very quickly The cleanliness of both locations was a real plus instilling confidence in my safety.

I was a patient of total knee replacement. I spend 16 weeks with this Swampscott location of Baystate and was extremely satisfied. The encouragement and personal one on one attention and care I receive gave me confidence to keep going even when the pain level was high. I left fulfilling my goals and wanting to continue my exercise at a gym which I havent done since my college years I am walking without pain which I havent done in 5 years. Stairs are still a challenge but I will continue to work on this on my own. Thank you to all.
