Been a patient treated by Rebecca Jankens for many years. She is a phenomenal therapist. As a senior softball player 78 yrs young playing over 100 games a year she has nursed me through 2 Rotator cuff surgeries leg and knee issues and currently back problems. She is my hero and can be yours.

My experience with Baystate Physical Therapy Washington Street Stoughton. Has been nothing but positive for the last 30 days that I have been in attendance. I chose this practice based on Beckys impeccable credentials and years of experience. I have found all the staf to be positive and supportive. For my prehabilitation needs Becky has showed me a new facet on fitness. I receive Beckys undivided attention when needed and then she is on to the next person. She is patient with my questions and concerns. I am sure now that this was the right place for me based on my improvements physically I can feel the changes. As always I had a great experience at Bay State Physical Therapy. My PT Becky took a lot of time going through my history of my current problem and evaluating me. Then she created a treatment plan. Ive seen her previously for a different issue but same high level of knowledge and professionalism. Donna at the front desk was also very professional and helpful in setting up a series of appointments.

Bay State physical therapy and Stoughton on Washington Street is the perfect place to start your recovery. The staff is warm welcoming professional and fun. They listen well and are accommodating. They are well staffed well-stocked and knowledgeable.

I just started with them two weeks ago and its the best decision Ive made. I recently had ACL and meniscal surgery. If I could go higher than 5 stars I would. Thomas Reynolds is amazing he knows what hes doing establishes a connection with you and cares for your overall well being. The entire front desk staff is very helpful and they make sure everything is in order for you to get going right away. Believe me this is the best spot to get back to your original state.
