Im so grateful for Bay State Therapy and highly recommend that everyone goes there for their PT needs Erin and Jasmine helped me recover so well from my back injury. Theyre both so patient and kind. I wasnt able to sit up or walk normally and after a few weeks Im much more mobile Thank you for everything

Short and simple the team at Sterlings Baystate PT are second to none. Erin Jasmine and Josh are knowledgeable empathetic and motivational at the same time. Justine at the front desk is always helpful and welcoming and makes it easy to ask questions. I couldnt recommend this place more.

Its been a great experience with Erin the rest of the staff at Bay State Physical Therapy since Day 1. They are easy to get ahold of- with an actual person answering the phone when you call not a recording or long waits on hold. The environment is friendly and supportive. Highly recommend

Bay State Physical Therapy was a dream to work with Every staff member that I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and always made me feel comfortable. PT is hard work if you really want to heal and this team especially Josh is great at keeping high yet attainable standards necessary for your progress. When I was in need of PT I expected long waitlists and really inconvenient appointments. I was thrilled to be able to get in quickly and find time slots that worked for my schedule. If you are reading this review you probably need PT services. Stop looking around and call these guys I had an amazing experience

Great experience coming to bay state for physical therapy for my back. Staff was kind and positive and I am feeling improvement from my injury.

Ive been to various PT facilities and this one is top notch. I have chronic issues that just have not been properly addressed in the past and once I started with Gina at this Bay State location I started to feel some relief and a renewed hope of recovering. She is a fantastic therapist and she is really good at sharing knowledge so that the patient can better understand the mechanics of the problem at hand and how to approach daily tasks in a way that will relieve symptoms. She is kind understanding and really takes the time to listen to the patient which I appreciate very much. Not all therapists have taken the same time with me. Ive been going here for several months and I cant say enough good things Ive seen most therapists at this location and they are all very good but I work wonderfully with Gina. Justine at the front desk is also very kind and caring. Thank you all for providing such a therapeutic environment

Highly Recommend Baystate PT Sterling was recommended to me by a friend and for several good reasons. The staff is professional caring the exercises are varied and they guided me every step of the way by meeting me where I was at physically. Their communication is excellent as well. I just graduated after 5 months of PT and would go back in a heartbeat when and if I need PT again.

I would highly recommend Bay State Physical Therapy to anyone who is looking for a skilled and compassionate physical therapist. I was injured and was in a lot of pain and was worried that I would not improve or that my pain and concerns would be dismissed. I am happy to say that my concerns were immediately gone by my first appointment.Justine the patient care coordinator got me in and scheduled quickly and easily.Gina did my initial evaluation and truly took the time to figure out what was going on answer my questions and get me started on the road to recovery.I saw Pam for my regular treatments and she helped me to recover from my injury and get back to my normal activities. She was very knowledgeable about my condition and was able to design a treatment plan that was tailored to my individual needs. I was very impressed with her manual therapy expertise and I wholly credit my recovery to her manual therapies.I am so grateful for all the help I received and I would not hesitate to return for future PT needs and I would recommend this team to anyone.

I have been to BayState PT many times for severe pain issues Pam Powell is awesome just let me repeat AWESOME She has a great crew working in Shrewsbury and Sterling I would never go anywhere else. Professionally wonderful and understanding I manage to laugh through the ordeal and feel welcome and well taken care of. Best PT with great outcomes
