I feel this is an excellent place to obtain physical therapy. Very professional on the business and therapy aspects of treatment. Always either on time or take you early. Clean facility and easy parking as well. Very happy with my treatment here.

I had a great experience at Bay State The entire staff from the reception to the therapists was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming always remembering your name right when you walk in. I saw tremendous improvement working with PT Celine for over a few months for my Achilles tear. Shes such a sweetheart and very dedicated to her patients challenging you while also encouraging you. I highly recommend her and Bay State for anyone needing physical therapy

This place is awesome My PT Alyssa is amazing she is a good listener and knows exactly how to provide the right treatment. She is great to work with and very knowledgeable I feel like Im in good hands and on my way to healing. The team here are very friendly and its always welcoming at every visit. Ive been receiving PT to rehab a badly fractured shoulder and cant say enough about my experience Celine and Meriam have been so good - they are true professionals very knowledgeable and caring and they have worked so well together and with me to make amazing progress The facility is very well organized and everyone is welcoming and encouraging. Nikki has been helping me too get my balance and coordination back after foot surgery. I was immobile for a short period but had lost my balance. Really great team at Shrewsbury BSPT. Everyone is friendly accommodating and knowledgeable. I couldnt imagine recovery after my knee surgery without their guidance or support. Someone should thank them for all their hard work and dedication to their patients with...oh I dont know...a pizza party for example.

Very friendly therapists. Always on time with appointments. Kept me engaged and wanting to come back. My mobility improved amazingly in the 8 weeks that I did the exercises. Many thanks to the team there for helping me get a better range of motion I now have exercises I will be doing for the rest of my life to keep the gains I have made

My primary therapists Alyssa and Nikki were instrumental to my regaining the range of motion and strength in my ankle after surgery.
