Salem BSPT is the absolute best I had no idea physical therapy could be such a wonderful experience Ryan was absolutely amazing caring knowledgeable gentle and also became a friend interested in my overall well-being... Every session a pleasure The whole staff is super friendly always greeting enthusiastically and sincerely. Their holiday spirit fun Spirit Days contests etc. is always a treat Today was my last day however and I feel sad to leave such a wonderful facility and staff Thank you all

I have come for PT for 3 different ailments. Each time Kaila Wilson has been exceptional in helping me. She explains what she is doing and what muscles are being worked. I have had amazing results thanks to her expertise. I never thought my range of motion would be as much as it is. Even my surgeon is pleased with the results.

My experience at bay state has been excellent. I have worked with Kayla and Im very impressed with her knowledge. I have also worked with her coworkers and are very knowledgeable to my needs. The whole staff has been very supportive.

Kaila and Ryan are both fantastic. Feels like youre hanging out with your best friend rather than at an appointment. Theyre really good at what they do and theyre super patient I highly recommend them to anyone

122023 Back at Therapy for Osteoarthritis in my knees. Again when you find the Best you dont need the rest. Bay State Physical Therapy is the place to be. Knowledge friendly caring and professional therapists and staff. Still 5 Stars from me. I wouldnt go anywhere else ever... When you find the best you dont need the rest. Still 5 stars in my book. Highly recommend if you ever need Physical Therapy.32022 I see Ryan for my physical therapy and my husband had Kaila. Everyone there even the receptionists are so friendly and greet me everytime. Ryan is very knowledgeable and patient explaining everything as I have never had physical therapy before. I recommend this place to everyone who needs it. The staff also work well with each other.952022I want to again say how greatful I am for Ryan at Baystate. I recently broke my ankle and Ryan took the time to explain how to properly use my walking boot and cane. Urgent Care gave them to me and sent me on my way with no explanation.Very thankful to always get treated with patience and Kindness at every visit. I recommend Ryan and Baystate Physical Therapy to everyone I know.

RYANS FANTASTIC The staff is excellent. However the Owner Brett is inappropriate and could care less for patients safety.Brett owns four 4 locations including Salem.He shows his lack of concern for patients by leaving the parking lot in an unsafe dangerous condition. There are unsafe obstacles like giant boulders huge speed bumps etc. He also violates ADA federal law by not having a clearly marked handicapped parking spot in a PHYSICAL THERAPY officeBrett clearly doesnt want to spend necessary business improvements to ensure patient safety and ADA compliance. Really indecent and unsafe.

After a spinal fusion a broken foot a broken elbow a hip replacement and now the broken kneecap Hands down the best PT experience Ive had in fourteen years. Not w just ANY Bay State facility mind you. Im referring only to this location on Highland Avenue in Salem. Wonderful staff very friendly professional and accommodating. Impressed w the genuine concern for patients and their progress. They act like they truly enjoy being there and as a result so do I. Highly recommended for your future PT enjoyment.

Great PT experience. Went to Ryan Andrews. Ryan was very professional and personable. Worked my knee back to feeling great after orthoscopic surgery for meniscus tear. Highly recommend

Great place to be treated Very friendly staff from the front desk to the therapists Listen very well and pay excellent attention to your needs. Also have a great selection of music to make the environment feel uplifting and upbeat. Ryan is a great therapist Would highly recommend.
