Bay State Physical Therapy - Rockland

I had a great experience at Bay State with Sarah and her team they are all very knowledgeable and helped me navigate my neck issues with a complete in office and at home program. The instruction and exercises were detailed and tailored to my needs. Sarah and her team not only professional and knowledgeable they are also some of the nicest people you will ever come across.

I work 5 nights a week on concrete floors and after trying insoles and several pairs of different shoes I could barely walk on my days off without pain. My podiatrist gave me a prescription for physical therapy to treat my planters fasciitis. After reading various online reviews Bay State was my first call. They accommodated me right away. I attended two months of therapy 2-3 times a week and Kelly Sarah Alivia Jess Hannah Matt and Kristen made my journey to wellness wonderful. High quality PT and PT assistants. Had allograph for ACL and fixed up a meniscus tear. This establishment is welcoming friendly and compassionate. The laughs and conversations with staff and clients was something I looked forward to.

This is the second time I am enrolled in physical therapy at Bay State. It was very easy to set up my evaluations and follow-up PT sessions. The staff is excellent and make the sessions easy to follow. They are very helpful and I am seeing much improvement in strength after two weeks.

The staff at the Rockland location are phenomenal. They are very attentive and helped me with a 4point post humerus surgery. Throughout recovery they helped maintain a positive attitude which has aided in regaining maximum mobility. 55 recommend

I brought my baby to see Sarah at 5months old. She had a head turn preference and head flattening Plagiocephaly and brachycephaly. Sarah is so good with babies she was so sweet gentle and patient. With her expert help we got baby rolling and sitting and crawling over a few visits She was so supportive through the whole process of my baby getting her helmet too. And Kristen at the front desk was always so kind thoughtful and helpful. It was a pleasure going every time Thank you

Bay State is a great place for physical therapy. Amazing and professional staff that will aid in your recovery.Once you walk through the door youre greeted with a warm welcome from the staff Kirstin will be up front with a big smile and a pleasant greeting.Upon meeting the physical therapists Kelly Sarah Alivia and Jessica youre greeted once more right before they put you to work. The individualized routine thats catered for your level of care is well planned. As long as you trust the process you will reap the benefits and get back to your everyday routines minimal to pain free.Lastly we cant forget about Hannah. Aiding in your recovery as well she will assist you with the proper exercise equipment and who doesnt love heat depending on your injury or ice after a good PT session.In all Bay State is where I would recommend in Rockland and the surrounding areas. It is in a convenient location easy access to the highway clean facilities and great atmosphere.
