Bay State Physical Therapy - Pembroke

My experience as a patient at Bay State Physical Therapy was excellent. The staff is wonderful. As soon as you walk into the office the receptionist welcomes you and makes you feel comfortable. My physical therapist was Rene. She is so compassionate and gentle. Rene is very knowledgeable and her expertise in PT is evident. I am very satisfied with my progress and will definitely continue with my recovery there. I highly recommend Bay State Physical Therapy in Pembroke.

I had a great experience at BSPT and can highly recommend I worked with Rene King who was not only very knowledgeable and professional but kind and empathetic as well. She listened to my particular concerns and worked with me to better understand my issues. Though my therapy has ended she encouraged me to keep in touch with any future questions. Its a great location too with bright spacious rooms.

Working here was easily one of the best decisions I have made. I work with the best PTs and Front Desks. Every patient is also wonderful which is definitely a plus. 1010 I would work here again

Had a great experience working with therapists during painful rehab. All staff were understanding kind and very knowledgeable. Hopefully I wont be needing their services again but if I do Ill be back.

Ive attended Bay State PT for a few months now after my hip surgeries and it has been pivotal to my healing journey. I always feel welcomed when walking in and the facility is kept clean and tidy. Chelsea has a genuine passion for helping her patients her friendly and encouraging demeanor motivates me to keep putting in the work to achieve my goals.
