I have been going to Cheryl at Bay State North Andover for many years for all my physical therapy needsI would not go anywhere else

Bay state physical therapy in North Andover is the place to be All of the amazing and wonderful ladies from walking in and being greeted by the lovely front desk staff to being properly treated by the physical therapists. Ive seen all the ladies here and each one does such an amazing hands-on job of making sure treatment is correct and executed properly. I would 100 recommend it to all my friends and family.

Highly highly recommend Ive been here for multiple injuries neckback and Achilles and would not look anywhere else. Very friendly and professional.

This was the first time I needed therapy. My physical therapist Madalyn was excellent The whole staff is very friendly also I loved how the workouts were finished with a deep massage to my affected area and then iced. This location is great also right in a plaza with restaurants and stores

I started Physical Therapy for my patella tendon with Cheryl. When I started I thought Id never heal up because of the pain I was in when I started however that didnt stop me from going to my therapy sessions. 3 12 months went by and here I am fully healed pain free. All I can say is trust the process and dont give up and make sure toDo those home workouts consistently Cheryl was awesome and I wouldnt be pain free if it wasnt without her expertise

I couldnt imagine a better physical therapy experience than what Ive seen at Bay State. My family and I have had more than our fair share of sports related injuries and we immediately run to Cheryl and her team to fix all of them. Ive been to other physical therapy practices and experienced the factory model where the pt spends quality time with you during the initial assessment but most of your treatment comes from aids. At Bay State the bulk of the treatment comes directly from the therapist. The assessment itself is impressive. I was getting pain in my back for example but it was due to some sort of weakness or tightness in my hips which Cheryl quickly spotted and addressed. All along the way Cheryl was constantly reevaluating to see what was working and whether the treatment needed any course correction. I got to know Cheryl well along with her team. They are all really great people they want to see you feel better and they are lots of fun which makes a difference if youre going to be spending several hours a week there getting treatment. You wont find a better team.

Maddie Allie are the best I feel like attention was given right away to my need and Maddie also discovered another issue that I truly wasnt aware of and I am truly greatful for the attention to detail and the treatment given at the North Andover facility. I definitely recommend anyone stop by if they have the need. This was my first time there and I would definitely return if the need arises again.

My son had a Acl and meniscus surgery in June . The physio care has just been amazing. The staff is so supportive and helpful . Guided him well . The whole atmosphere is so lively and welcoming . Cheryl is so component and a natural with her clients mentally makes them at ease the moment you walk in. Satisfied with my sons progress he still has some time to get back to normal routine .All the staff is super sweet . Wish every one at Bay state the best for the future . I am too grateful for every ones love and support for my son which has made him feel mentally and physically so happy with himself and his recovery .Thankyou so much again for every thing .

My Physical Therapist Maddie was excellent. I was treated for lower back pain and she provided me the best care. Always started with a massage in the area to loosen up the tight muscles and followed by a series of exercises to strengthen my core. The whole group at the North Andover PT was super nice and professional. Kim at the front desk was always nice as well. Taylor also was great I definitely recommend them

If you like a light and friendly atmosphere with great trainers I would most definitely recommend Bay State PT North Andover. I originally chose Bay State because of their proximity to where I live and the online reviews. I have been to four other PT places and I was happy with most of them but I am really pleased with Bay State North Andover and my physical therapist Maddy. She is friendly and knowledgeable explaining the exercises well. Overall the trainers interact well with the patients and other trainers in a way I had not seen at the other facilities. I doubt you will be disappointed if you decide to get your PT done there.
