If you need physical therapy Bay State Physical Therapy in Newton mass is the number one place. I recommend they listen their patient. Theyre amazing. I refuse to go anyplace. I go for three things my knee my back and my shoulder. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job with both my Knees in 2022 now 2023- 2024 I think they work very hard to make you feel well again and feel at ease.

Long term knee pain was effectively relieved in half a dozen sessions. The therapy was carefully kept to a level a 73 year old can handle.

I just completed a 12 week Physical Therapy program with Matt Lough at Bay State Physical Therapy in Newtonville MA. My therapy was prescribed due to a back injury I sustained in the spring.When I started with Matt I was hurting and unable to accomplish much. Now 12 weeks later Im walking tall and looking good. Matt was both attentive and intuitive. He knew when to push me and he knew when Id hit my limit. Today was graduation day and its all good. Matts the best

I dont like writing negative reviews but their broken billing practices and unwillingness to fix them need to be mentioned.First off the therapists and everyone in this physical location were warm kind and competent. They did a fantastic job treating their patient.However their billing was consistently incorrect. I spent hours of my own time verifying with the insurance company. Calls voicemails and emails to the billing department often were not returned. Eventually they reconciled most charges but left one charge in place despite evidence I have that shows it is paid. Again calls were not returned.I hope that they can fix these issues as the medical care is excellent but I cant recommend them until they address their billing problems.

This is the best Matt Peter and the whole staff are outstanding. They know their stuff. I find this facility very clean and well stocked with equipment. The therapists are well educated dedicated and very professional. They not only watch you step by step they also educate you to help you understand the benefits of the exercise and how to avoid future reoccurrence. They offer virtual therapy which I found very helpful.for the times I was unable to make an appointment. I highly recommend them for anyone who is serious about recovery.Lee the admin. is a accommodating and a delight to deal with.
