Bay State Physical Therapy - Malden

The Bay State Physical Therapy crew is outstanding with providing services from the moment you walk into their office until the moment you leave. The crew makes you feel welcome and they are very thorough with the Initial enrollment process. For years my Mom has suffered issues with her knees and back and since coming to Bay State her condition on both knees has gotten better. She is very happy with Marissa and Kevin as they both are very friendly and always walking around with a smiley face . Also there are times when Marissa will be multi tasking and yet she will be making sure my Mother is doing her assigned exercise accordingly . My mom is always looking forward to come and see Marissa and always telling me about Kevins good hair looks. .

The team here in Malden really knew what they are doing.. meet Mary Ellen at the desk and then youll be In good hands with anyone there Allison leads the team with Maurisa Georgia Kevin and the assistants. My range of motion has increased to almost normal at the time of this review after a hip repair surgery. I chose right out of all the others available.

Ive worked primarily with Alison at Baystate and she is a top notch diagnostician After two years of recurring back and hip injuries she was the first person to thoroughly assess me though I DID see a couple of other PT people before her and explain what was happening with my body and how we could work to repair it. Shes professional thorough and just really really good at what she does. And my back and hip have MUCH improved as a result of seeing her too

All of the therapists seems very nice but Karen is especially great. Kind understanding not judgemental and to top it off hilarious

I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism and the program that was put together for my recovery. I recommend it to anyone who needs it. Marissa is very kind and dedicated.

Bay State therapy have helped me several times as my body experiences pain and weakness. Ive recently tried steroid injections in Pain Management clinic at a reputable Boston hospital. Shots only helped with pain for a few weeks. So Ive been referred back to Bay State Therapy. The folks are great

I worked primarily with Marissa but also had sessions with Rachael. I came between the end of June and early November for issues in my knee and shoulder and Im happy with the results. They were great at communicating my progress and the source of my issues. This was reflected in the program they designed for me and the results.

I had shoulder pain last for a year and Marissa fixed it within weeks. She explained the cause of the pain in anatomical detail helped me relax my muscle and taught me some recovery exercises.Also everyone are super nice and friendly and everything are sanitized.
