Everyone here is so kind and encouraging with lots of empathy and understanding. The difficulty of rehab is mitigated by all of this along with a down-to-earth sense of humor.

Much thanks and appreciation to Anna and the Haverhill Baystate PT team for giving me my quality-of-life back. The expertise professionalism and personal care was exceptional. After my knee replacement surgery and subsequent lower back issues Anna quickly assessed my strengths and weaknesses and put me on a challenging program. The results were amazing. Within 4 months I completed my PT and was off to the races again. I will be recommending Anna and the Haverhill team to all my friends and most definitely plan to reach out again if Im in need of PT. Bay State Physical Therapy Haverhill MA has been really great The young lady at the front is welcoming personable and friendly. Anna physical therapist has been incredibly helpful. She listens and hears everything I say. She expresses her concerns empathetic and truly cares about her patients. Besides all that her knowledge in Pelvic Floor is top knotch and spends quality time with me educating me willing to help me better understand my options towards helping me with the pain and other symptoms I experience. She is one of a kind and a true asset to Bay State Physical Therapy as well as to the community.

I was extremely nervous to start pt but the entire staff is so kind and welcoming. They encourage you to get stronger in a way that isnt overwhelming but motivating. Anna remembers every detail of the issues with my knee what helps and what hurts which hurt is helping and which hurt to avoid. Serg is so helpful and positive. Every staff member has checked in on me to make sure I am getting quality care. And theyre just fun to chat with For a generally anxious person I couldnt ask for a better team. 1010

One of the few PT offices that specialize in pelvic floor therapy. Team has been great with helping me recover from colorectal cancer surgery. They really make you feel comfortable and treatments have helped significantly with pain and urgency issues. Give it a shot
