Bay State Physical Therapy - Dracut

This place is great The staff are super friendly very welcoming and create a great atmosphere for people of all ages. They do did this while also being professional and making it a priority to help you get back to 100 health. My particular therapist was Josh and he really knew what he was doing. He set up a game plan for me tracked my progress throughout pushed me when needed and got me fully recovered from my injury. Every therapist every receptionist and every student worker that I met was great. Overall I had a great experience here and would recommend anybody who may need physical therapy to go here.

I have been to many PT places over the years and this has been my best experience ever PT is hard and none of us want to do it. This place is so kind and encouraging that you look forward to coming and healing. The positivity appropriate exercises and encouragement are phenomenalThe place is spotless clean and there is never a question of whether things are wiped down and fresh. The space is efficient and you never feel cramped.Front desk staff are friendly calm and help you with paperwork. Its a No worries place which helps relieve the added pressure of having to go to PT.

The atmosphere is fun and the space is immaculate.Everyone is so friendly and they are very accommodating.Kyle is great at what he does.He really cares and takes his time working with me.He also lets me know how well Im doing and that positive reinforcement helps me see light at the end of the tunnel.

After breaking my hip in December I was trying to set up an appointment with your facility in Methuen MA.. but they werent taking new patients. The woman referred me to the Dracut facility which is not far from my home. I was anxious to say the least. But after speaking with the woman who answered the phone I was very relieved. She was kind and very patient. I was looking forward to going When I walked in on my first day I met my therapist Kyle. Everyone was so friendly and I felt extremely comfortable Kyle has been so patient knowledgeable and positive theres no such thing as a bad hip its a recovering hip When I start to feel a little down because it wasnt moving fast enough for me he tells me that Im doing great and that were just going to keep working on that muscle Hes so positive and he tries to get me to stay positive.I absolutely love going there Its been 2 months since my fall and I cant believe the improvement I have all my equipment at home so I can keep it goingThank you so much to Kyle and the whole staff for being so kind and making this a great experience for meSuzanne Rapa

As a first timer with physical therapy I was nervous as I have no pain or not even sure why I had to go. My Dr told me to call around and find a place. Bay State was the first place I called and Im happy I did. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Its a very welcoming environment that made me feel very comfortable. I personally see Kyle but everyone is so great. Its a wonderful environment from the therapist to the front desk. Highly recommend Bay State

Staff always makes you feel welcome. Very comfortable setting. This is my second time seeing them. 1st time was my neck and now I feel amazing. Now they are working on my lower back. Erin is my therapist and she is amazing. The whole staff is so friendly.

Have had Physical Therapy several times. Bay State Physical Therapy has been the best office I have received Therapy atKyle my therapist has been diligent and very concerned about my pain through my whole journey.
