Kate at the Chestnut Hill location was awesome She is very thorough attentive knowledgeable and cares about her patients. She was a pleasure to work with and helped me gain back the range of motion I lost with my elbow fracture. She added and changed the exercises based on my improvements each week and provided very personalized care. I highly recommend her at Bay State

Thankfully I have a limited experience with PT but I have worked in healthcare for decades and know more than most. Bay State was pleasant professional convenient and most importantly clinically excellent. I was referred to them by my PCP also a patient and have just completed my course. I feel whole and now have some new tools to help keep me that way going forward.

Kate Degnan is an excellent pt. She is thorough knowledgeable friendly and kind. She devised a well organized regimen to treat my jaw problems. I am feeling much better after working with her.

Bay State Physical Therapy is fantastic. The facilities and equipment are clean well maintained and professional. Having said that the reason for the 5 star rating really comes down to Kate the PT that helped me. She was warm friendly professional and genuinely cares about her clients. Great place and excellent therapists. Caroline was very professional. Sessions were always on time and she was very flexible with any schedule changes. She provided me with a home exercise routine with visuals that was easy to follow Thanks to her my sports injury is so much better. I highly recommend this clinic and specifically Caroline

Bay State was an amazing find for me. Being a freshman at Boston College I didnt have any idea on where I could go when I sprained my ankle. I was able to find Bay State and gave it a chance. Instantly they were super welcoming and extremely helpful with even getting me an appointment. Caroline was an amazing PT and really helped me with my recovery. They have a fun and helpful environment and I am extremely thankful for their help.

Soooo....I am very new to the area and when I was in need of PT for a handwrist injury I randomly called 5-6 places.Kate was the first to call me back even though at that time she was working alone starting up this new location in Chestnut Hill.Am I glad that she didBoth Kate and Heather are beyond professional kind and sincere.In addition Kate is an amazing listener which allows her to utilize her depth of knowledge to hone in to the heart of the injury and customize a program which is highly beneficial for healing.
