This place has a great crew. My physical therapist was Luke who is a really down-to-earth casual caring honest hard-working and knowledgeable guy and our personalities just melded. I had a rather unusual but major chest surgery the doc installed a couple shiny titanium bars in my ribs and he helped me make a full recovery from not even being able to move my arms lie down or even sneeze to push-ups weight-lifting and everything. This is my third time having PT after a surgery andor injury and it was definitely my best experience among the places Ive been.

Mike and his team are excellent I would highly recommend doing PT here.I work a desk job and experience regular back pain. Mike and his team were able to provide relief via hands-on techniques and exercises that have helped me greatly. They walk you through everything from the causes of your injuriesissues to each exercise you should be doing and how to do them correctly. All of the employees here are very helpful and always friendly.

I used to go to Baystate Physical Therapy for all of my physical therapy needs. The PTs are great at what they do. However both front desk receptionist have been very condensending and disrespectful towards me on more than one occasion. I actually avoided coming here for several months because of this and delayed treatment on one other issue. I had another issue come up recently and decided to go ahead and give Baystate another try. Be warned if you have a lifetime medical benefit for workers comp not only will you be treated very poorly and disrespectful but they will refuse to see you. Its the fact I was treated rudely and poorly that upset me not so much their blatant refusal to see me although thats part of it. Im already very untrusting of the medical system as I believe it now does more harm to patients than good. I wanted to come back to Baystate for this particular issue because they had been my PT during the initial claim and it would help to improve the outcome knowing they have my treatment records on file.Dont take your bad day out on a Patient or someone walking in the door to see about receiving treatment. The fact another patient was standing next to me and literally lectured about a past due bill she wasnt even aware of is very wrong. Try to at least make an effort to be polite to your patients who walk in the door. This too has happened to me here previously which was for a very small balance and ended up being covered when I pointed out I had a 75 credit that had been sitting there for 3 years. Unfortunately because of the treatment by reception at Baystate Chelmsford I wont be returning for any future treatment.

Great PTs and team super friendly nice and caring. Front desk person Lisa I think would always have an attitude when checking me out or even when Id ask her to reschedule which was kind of disheartening. Erica was a very sweet lady but I would constantly hear Lisa trash talking other patients and even some coworkers which is disappointing. Overall atmosphere would be much improved if someone so negative and bitter wasnt apart of it.

The physical therapists here are amazing especially Bella. They all make you feel comfortable while encouraging you to work hard. They are personable and make the environment welcoming. Lisa and Erica at the front desk only add to the atmosphere with their positive energy and presence the minute you walk in the door. I highly recommend Bay State Physical Therapy to anyone in need of it

I have worked with this office for two PT programs one for my hips and one for my shoulders. Both times I saw huge improvements in pain and mobility. Everyone in the office is a professional and both my PTs were excellent knowledgeable and friendly. And Lisa in the office is the BEST at helping you smoothly maneuver your insurance obstacles and challenges.

I never liked PT before coming here. I have gained so much strength and function. It is great to enjoy talking to the whole team. Luke was amazing before he left and now I have Bella who is equally awesome.

STEVE BASTEKS REVIEWAfter having a right knee replacement with no in-home nurse or PT I was in dire need of getting into an outpatient PT immediately. Bay State came through for me starting with the front desk personnel Lisa Due to their exceptional care I was using one crutch in just a couple of weeks. Within 4 weeks I was walking with no crutches and was able to drive. My therapists Caroline Stark and Nicole are extremely knowledgeable caring professional attentive friendly and motivating. My range of motion and strength is almost equal to my other knee in just 7 weeks Facility is very clean and the atmosphere is fun and upbeat. Highly recommend Bay State.
