The people here dont just take care of you and get you back to health theyre kind supportive friendly and overall generally great to be around. I worked primarily with Katie whos awesome but its true that every person I interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. I have a lot of confidence in my ankle now because of the work I did with Bay State. I highly recommend them.

Over the past four weeks of my treatment plan with Bay State PT Ive felt comfortable around Jocelyn and her team. Jocelyn shows care respect and attention to every patient consistently and truly delivers magic in patients recovery over time.I exited the program for feeling a lot stronger and better but should I have any questions in the future Jocelyn will be the physical therapist I reach out to without doubt.

TLDR - awesome team highly professional great patient care wonderful service and Jocelyn my PT rocks. Thank you for getting me back to running pain-freeFrom the first phone call I was met with a kind and caring team that went the extra mile to help me get plugged in navigate insurancereferral issues and find a schedule that fit my needs.Jocelyn my physical therapist came highly recommended and for good reasons. First and foremost she cares a lot for her patients and it shows. She is very professional but also personable and kind communicates extremely well provides great feedback and instructions while gently pushing you on - I cant think of a better combination for a therapist. The facility itself is conveniently located and is clean and well equipped.

I am having an amazing experience at Bay State Physical Therapy. Jocelyn is the most caring and skilled PT I have ever had in 40 years of off-and-on treatment. She is compassionate attentive and willing to work with me and my needs. I am being treated for three conditions simultaneously so she adjusts my visits to my pain level and needs. The entire staff is warm and kind particularly Loreal. I highly recommend Bay State Physical Therapy as a motivating place to heal.

I cant say enough great things about Bay State PT in Brookline in particular Katie E. who helped me build back strength after I had both hips replaced. She was wonderful to work with I feel stronger than I have in 20 years and I learned a lot from her about how to maintain my strength after I was finished with PT. Thank you

I was treated at Bay State Physical Therapy Brookline Office for three months. I had some doubts that pt would be helpful with a pinched nerve in my spine. My therapist Jocelyn Mach assured me that it can be improved and she was wright. A month after the end of my treatment I feel fine no more pain Thank you Jocelyn and other members of the staff.

Katie who I worked with at this Brookline PT center was a fantastic and experienced physiotherapist. She helped improve bilateral knee strength through a well structured 6 week program. All the staff here were professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this PT center.

What a fantastic dedicated completely focused on the patient listening group of professionals. Katie and Jocelyn are wonderful to work with. They have already made a difference in only a few sessions. For anyones skeptical about physical therapy -I would say its for everyone and what a wonderful alternative to just taking some drug or pill and masking symptoms vs finding source of problem and helping heal it. It might be hard to see from the street but if you are in Brookline this is the place to visit.

My PT here has been very professional but also very easy to work with. She listens to what I have to say and I dont feel demeaned as I have at other PT businesses at times. She is someone whom I believe I can make progress with. Thanks Back on Track and Susan
