Dolan Was excellent in helping me rehab for my torn labrum and bicep surgery. All the staff are extremely pleasant knowledgeable and made my time in physical therapy enjoyable as much as pt can be. I would absolutely recommend if you are looking for a pt in the South Shore.

For a long time I was experiencing extreme back pain and sharp pain all throughout my ankles. When I started physical therapy at Bay State I was able to say good bye to that misery. Everyone should go to physical therapy when experiencing pain but what makes it count is when you are being treated by the right person Physical Therapist Dolan Jacobs helped me get back on my feet and in due time made me forget that I had such horrible pain in the first place . I will always be grateful

The staff there is kind and friendly. They aim to make you well again and they are always trying to motivate and encourage you. I need this because sometimes I feel unmotivated and discouraged. They make me laugh and look forward to my future appointments.

First time I ever needed physical therapy so I wasnt sure what to expect. I must say I had a great experience. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. My therapist Dolan was really able to help me. He answered all my questions and helped educate me in how to take care of my issues now and going forward. The atmosphere there is very laid back and fun. The therapists seem to get along very well. However they do work you and Ive seen much improvement. If I ever need PT in the future Id definitely call on them again.

I highly recommend this place for any PT needs. Since the first day I walked in the receptionist was friendly and polite very helpful with the Information she needed to give me and explained my insurance coverage with patience. Then I met my therapist Garrett God sent and he was absolutely awesome gentle professional and friendly. We went over the entire plan of care that he created after my evaluation. First day of therapy he was very communicative with me explaining every exercise I had to do. He talks to his patients as he cares for them to kind of get a feel of what their day to day is like. His patient care is on point and is completely polite. If I ever need PT again I will absolutely go back to Bay State PT for care. They are also an educational therapy location meaning they have future therapists students coming in to learn how to be as good as Garrett and everyone else in that location. They are all wonderful but I had the pleasure of working with Garrett

I have been referred to Physical Therapy many times in my life and have visited 4 other facilities before finding BayState on Pearl Street in Brockton. More specifically before I found Veronica Lopesshe has been the best physical therapist who has ever treated me. I saw her first in 2021 for an acutely herniated cervical disc again in 2022-2023 for lower back pain and then lastly from Sept 23 to March 24 for post-op rehabilitation after 3-level lumbar fusion. She helped me regain all my strength and range of motion and offered emotional and social support during the toughest times when I was discouraged. I would highly recommend BayState PT on Pearl Street in Brockton. The entire staff is so friendly and make therapy as enjoyable as possible. The environment is like no other friendly and even fun. Im happy to have graduated from PT but sad to not see Veronica or any of the fantastic PT assistants and staff who work in the facility

Put very simply they make it fun and enjoyable. Veronica is the best and takes great care that you are not overdoing things and always has a handle on your current status. Cannot say enough for the excellent care for two injuries the last 6 months.

Baystate physical therapy on Pearl Street in Brockton ma is a wonderful place to go for physical therapy the environment equipment and highly skilled professionals are wonderful.I have gone to them before and after my knee surgery and the quality of care has not changed in my book. They are top notch.

I started several weeks ago with a lot of back pain. Working with Dolan was a great experience. He explained each of the other exercises and was patient as I learned them. From week to week I was able to detect improvements in lowering of pain down to a manageable level. Overall a great experience. Thank you Dolan and Bay State Physical Therapy
