The staff at Bay State are really and truly amazing. They make you feel like youre part of the family and they are very attentive to all of your physical therapy needs. They take great care to make a personalized plan that works for you to treat your symptoms and are quick to adjust it if something isnt quite right. Theyre amazing and they work hard to make you feel better I would highly recommend Bay State Bedford for physical therapy any day

I had PT to treat my bicep tendonitis June - October this year at the Bay State in Bedford. The tendonitis had been bothering me for more than 10 years. PT was very helpful. My PT Lydia is an excellent therapist. The therapy plan she devised for me started showing results right away and by the end of four months my pain was 85-90 gone and only mild residual discomfort was left. Lydia recommended a steroid injection that she told me would help to take care of the residual inflammation. And she was absolutely correct. I took the steroid injection in November and my issue I can say has vanished. After more than 10 years I feel completely normal. Many thanks Lydia.Rest of the staff at Bedford Bay State is also very pleasant and friendly. Billing my health insurance was seamless Jennifer also did the scheduling - rescheduling of my visits whenever I needed. Paige is very good also. I went to Bay State physical therapy for a total of nine months recovering from two injuries I experienced while rock climbing. Simply put Lydia and the team at the Bedford office of Bay State Physical Therapy is A. They set me up with a gradual progression of therapy and exercise that got me back to being active again.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable professional and attentive to individual needs. They provided exceptional care crafting a personalized treatment plan that significantly improved my mobility and reduced my pain. The facility is clean well-equipped and creates a warm environment conducive to healing. Im truly grateful for the outstanding service and would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of top-notch physical therapy.

The team at Bedford make the PT enjoyable and tailor the program for the specific issues. I was able to get back to normal movement pain free after years of chronic back pain really quickly. Couldnt recommend Lydia and the team more highly.

Ok number 78 five-star review. First I felt the routine was tailored specifically to my physical needs not like I was in a PT factory. I worked with Lydia whose knowledge seems amazing and is always willing to explain. The front desk Jen is beyond helpful with scheduling and insurance. Facility is small and clean.

It is evident from the beginning you as the patient are a part of the team working for the same goal. Communication is wonderful and timely. Jen kept me focused and on track and Lydia challenged and helped me above and beyond any healthcare experience I have had in my many decades on this planet. Seriously going to see this team was easily the highlight of my week and has made a HUGE and lasting difference for me in quality of life range of motion athletic training and my spirit. I have actually been thinking about injuring myself again just so I can go back.
