Bay State does a great job staying organized and professional while providing the best care. Everyone is genuinely caring always making physical therapy an exciting part of the day.

Lauren has assembled an excellent staff here. Ben Ryan Amy and Michelle have an easy comfortable rapport with each other and obviously enjoy working together. The reception staff are courteous and professional. The atmosphere is very friendly and accommodating.Ive been going twice a week for 4 months so Ive rotated through all the therapists they definitely share an interest in your well being and ensuring youre on the road to recovery. I cant recommend them enough.

Ive been to Bay State 3 times twice for each knee replacement and now for a fall. Ive seen Lauren every time and she is amazing. She is kind encouraging and thorough. All the staff is amazing I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family

Under Matthew Vilmes supervision I gradually pushed to progress in strength and stability during my time at Bay State facility in Randolph MA. More importantly I gained confidence to continue pursuing in various physical pursuits at levels similar to before my injury. 11 out of 10 would definitely recommend this Bay State branch as all staff I encountered during my time there was jubilant helpful and passionate about their jobs.

Great place to go for physical therapy. Staff is very welcoming engaging knowledgeable and friendly. Facility is very clean and everything is sanitized after each patients use. If I have to go to physical therapy again I would definitely choose to come here.

Ive had great experiences with bay state staff specially Matthew. Hes very good on what he does when I got there I was in so much pain the technique he uses helped me a lot with my pain.

Ryan is the GOAT I tore my ACL and just in 2 weeks ive made huge progress with PT here. Mike is very effective at fixing you up and very communicative in terms of what you should do at home. 1010 very professional would recommend to anyone I went to Sturdy Orthopedics before Baystate and the difference is huge. This place is way more effective.
