Worst experience Ive ever had with the legal system My lawyer Elsie was no good didnt gather all information like I asked her to. Once I settled like a dork the company retracted the settlement and I knew she didnt do her job correctly Now she wont answer my calls etc. I want to change but once I called them directly they stated I had to tell her She wouldnt start the process. Run this bay area legal

I drove there today to see on the front door this posting .Google have to update the hours and limitations the Bay Area legal aid has the never answer the phone I need it their services from wrong eviction documents I need to submit to court and I dont know how to fill them up.Im sure they provide excellent services .But I was not the lucky one to be help.

They dont do much but tell you whats your rights and what isnt. I asked for a list of lawyers who represent tenants due to my apartment causing me injury my lease was violated harassment from the owner. Due to recent impairments I was told I was going to receive the the list to my email. That was almost four weeks ago. They dont follow up. I think they receive grants from California government. I think mainly its due to the laws and the government programs involving housing Im pretty sure California has cooked the books for City data. I mean nothing is accurate and even if the law is in your favor its very limited what can be done out here. To be honest the California government system seems so manipulated I would actually like to see accurate DATA from this office. Because Im wondering how they are operating how many individuals have they helped within a ten year time span to achieve individuals to stay in their homes or recover funds from slumlords. Whats is the revenue that this organization pulls and where is it from I dont see many individuals being helped by this organization because its continuously swamped This office is swamped with calls and lack of people to respond. I dont think their physical location is even seeing people. I dont think they actually do anything or they would have called about my obvious cases of negligence injury It seems like Bay Area legal aid has to help a certain number of individuals for them To receive funding. Which means they are going to help to the bare minimum and barely put in any effort. I would contact the department of justice because I do think most of Californias government services are in some sort of cahoots with federal funding. Because Ive yet to see any accountability or accurate data coming out of California for any California laws if things were actually working to plan California wouldnt be swamped with so many violations within its own reformed law systemContact the Department of Justice in Washington DC and inquire why so many California state programs arent working This is reminiscent to Illinois- Chicago.Washington DC New York.Some high tier Government officials are reaping in State funding. going unnoticed.
