Ted Marin is an excellent case manager. He always responds to my myriad emails and calls sincerely listens to all my concerns and follows up when i indicate i am in distress and works closely with my care team to help resolve any crises. My therapist Megan Kasper is also very attentive caring sincere and i feel like we have established a good rapport and i can trust and confide in her. I am also most pleased with my Psych Nurse Practitioner Dr Angela Brown DNP who also demonstrates a great concern for my well-being carefully listens to me and is open to discussion about alternative treatments and medications and responds to my messages i send through the patient portal and follows up to ensure i get the treatment i need. So i am really impressed with the clinic and services. The only contention i have regarding treatment plan is having to get the monthly antipsychotic injection because it is mandated by my COT which i dont care much to comply. Because it sucks and makes me apathetic and fatigued.

Shout out to my RSS Brittanie Jackson she has went above and beyond to help my family and I. Shes helps guide me in my Recovery gave me resources to help better my chances in getting employment. Brittanie and Gionnie my case worker shared their experience strength and hope with me exactly when I needed it and helped get me through a rough time in my life. I appreciate Brittanie and Gionnie and highly recommend Banner Whole health.

Great place for getting help people need. As I was homeless for long time and banner saved my life. Please give whole staff a pay raise and my thanks.

Brought my son to see Dr. Apostille. It was the best experience. I recommend to any parents that wants the best and most caring care for your family.

They are very helpful and covered by AHCCS they have been very flexible in my needs and have been better than some other places around town.

Im in the lets talk group. Its a very good program you talk to other clients that are in the same situation you are. And its nice just being able to meet people and just talk. Very thankful for this program

Staff is friendly and helpful. Seems understaffed but in 2023 thats sadly a norm. Only issue is trying to get meds filled is a monthly issue.

My caseworker is a wonderful warm empathetic and considerate human being. She has been my rock for a few years and I really couldnt have done what I needed to without her.

I have been with Banner Whole Health for 6 years. I recommend them to anyone seeking a wonderful mental health provider. All of the staff are kind and friendly and my needs are always addressed and met. I am always treated with dignity and respect. I am grateful for my team that continues to help me on my journey. I would not be in the place mentally I am now if it was not for their help. No matter what the situation has called for Ive always been in good hands and felt listened to. I trust everyone here. Ive been a patient for many years and have never once felt neglected ignored or disrespected. I have a physical disability as well as PTSD. They have always treated me with dignity and taken me seriously whenever Ive had issues to discuss. I would personally like to thank Valerie and Drew for staying in my corner through some very difficult times.
