I did not appreciate how they were with the patients and the showers are cold for them and they had patients that were begging for warm water and have there medications on time as there daily routine and they didnt it get on time they would get very stressed out that they started to self harm themselves and the staffs too.at the hospital. but some members there were very very nice and respectful towards us and they helps us and some nurses would give us our meds on time but most nurses would not.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I showed up for my appointment that I have made weeks prior to even took time off work for this appointment. Then drove 25 minutes to get to my appointment just for them to cancel the appointment last minute. I wasted my time and my gas to get there. This place has such a lack of professionalism and the staff have no clue what they are doing half of the time. I have never ever been so disrespected of my time by a doctor in my entire life. I have missed out on work for this non existent appointment. If you need to cancel a appointment thats totally understandable but not 20 minutes before your appointment or right when you make the drive up there. Very unprofessional and no care for their patients what so ever. Whoever is in charge of the appointments needs to find another job because obviously she doesnt know how to do hers

I had an okay experience the doctors here are great. The nurses especially the night staff are great aside from one girl named Gio with a disgusting attitude towards patients. I was a one on one so there was always someone with me which led to me always having help if needed. This place wasnt great when I was in crisis mode as it feels incredibly prison like but the good staff helped. The food was decent and they always fed me more if I was still hungry there were also snacks.

Doctor condescending and rude. Hung up on me when asked for different doctor does not return calls in a timely manner. Total lack of awareness when dealing with someones mental health. Better off going somewhere else.

My holistic care with Banner and several of their physicians and services proves to me that a teaching hospital is more than just students learning there are true professionals like Dr Suhr working at Banner that make a big difference in our lives daily

Do NOT take your family here if they need help. This place is horrible. These reviews can not be right. I was taken here by my sister during a mental breakdown last summer. Men and women are all in one room divided by a class observation room where the nurses and doctors stay. I slept on a childrens style folding chair that unfolds into a bed on the floor. Some patients had recliner style beds but a lot of us were on foam mats. I went there confused and scared they had a nurse or a CNA walk up to me in front of everyone else to ask about what I was going through and why I was there. I have struggled with mental health for my entire adult life but I am otherwise a well rounded human I have worked in other facilities myself and this is no place for someone looking to feel safe. There is no warmth or caring in their facility more than just cold and clinical.I want to be clear here this was one year ago today I intentionally gave this time because I was in a bad place and dealing with that was my priority. Over this year I had time to realize how much this experience amplified the nightmare of a weekend.

I have not been a patient but I was the mother of a patient. Your nurses at the stations need training on phone etiquette. I called trying to speak with a patient and was abruptly told Maam they do not want to speak with you in a very cruel tone. The only thing I can relate this to is how a bill collector treats people over the phone. How cold and callous. Im sorry that you hate your job so much that you cannot show empathy or at least use better words when you speak with people no matter who they are.. especially in a line of work that requires more empathy and understanding than the usual. I have had nothing but good experiences with the programs that banner has to offer but this really left a bad taste in my mouth. If you need more information from me as to specifics please reach out.

I loved it here. I went in after a suicide attempt and they treated me very well. The only thing I can complain about is how it took four nurses to draw out blood. They bruised my arm severely. Other than that the staff was great and Im very thankful.
