Absolutely love my PCP here Dr. Schenne I was so worried when I moved across country leaving my PCP of 7 years back in TN. But truth be told Schenne is a true gem. We are so blessed to have her on the East Side several in my family see her and feel the same way. She is incredibly caring kind and patient. Also proactive All the things that made a doctor great.

Dr. Schenne is the very best I went to see her for an after surgery visit. I lost my husband on August 4th 2022. She sat with me and talked about how I was doing and if I was taking care of myself.

My daughter was recently seen by Dr. Bae I am very grateful she had availability in her schedule to see her at short notice. Ms. Bae gave her respiratory therapy and did not discharged her until her lungs sounded better. It is the first time I see a physician taking such great care of my daughter Nurse Carmelina was also very sweet and caring.

Dr. Schenne was very knowledgeable conscientious professional. I would recommend her. 4 Stars because her office had to receive several contacts to have a referral sent..

Incredibly happy with Dr. Schenne. Her outgoing caring personality is a treat I have and will recommend her to my friends and family

Hope Goodman NP and staff are genuinely caring willing to listen and open to what you need. They give solutions in a timely manner. I can honestly say that I feel safe in their hands.

How does this place have any positive reviews I wont throw anyone under the bus by name but I dont believe this to be a competent medical facility. I made an appointment months in advance then drove 11 miles to find out the doctor wasnt in that day and nobody made any attempt to let me know. I took half the day off work for that. Then I finally get my appointment have bloodwork done and no response. That has happened twice now. Our healthcare system is severely flawed but I believe this place lowers the bar further.

I absolutely adored Dr. Schenne and ended up referring my whole family 7 members to her . Weve been patients following her from another location over to Banner but unfortunately she left in July and to no fault of hers she was contractually unable to tell us where she went to top it off Banner said their other doctors werent accepting new patients. What practice just drops all those clients So now unfortunately myself kids and immediate family are all left without a doctor . Well continue to look for her but will have to settle for who we can find for now.

Banner Houghton Clinic is very easy to get an Appointment. And the Nurses and Doctors are very well trained. To bad Dr Schenne has left Banner. She is a very good Doctor.

Not a bad facility. This was my first visit at the womens clinic. Checkin was a little slow but other than that everything went smoothly. Nice and clean...

I had my first appointment here today and I absolutely love this place. My NP was very attentive and let me ask about way more things I was concerned about than I had put down. He didnt seem to mind when I jumped from one thing to another which was nice because my last place would tell me that I was only there for the couple of things and to make another appointment. I will defiantly be staying at this location. The receptionist that I had first spoken with is the best. After calling all around Tucson and being told I had to wait to be seen by anyone until January she was able to get me in to see my NP. It was so nice to hear someone not say Well you can always go to Urgent Care. I highly recommend this clinic.
