Over the Christmas holidays I was in the ER-South diagnosed with Flu. Had a Chest CT to rule out Pneumonia never received results. All staff was wonderful especially my very compassionate Resident. After 9 12 hours an attending doctor threatened to have me arrested if I attempted to leave. It seems my oxygen level was a bit low he equated this to being drunk. I did leave AMA.

My wife has been trying to see a doctor for the last year and once she gets an appointment you decline her and cancel it without no notice at all. What kind of healthcare facility do you even run. Does your employees and doctors give a single care for your patients. There is some serious shady business happening in here. Get in contact with your patients to get them seen and helped. Imagine how many people are dying and are suffering because you are unable to respond to them fast enough. Get it together. Sincerely wouldnt recommend going here if you want results and truth

The tech that came to get my brother for his EKG was a prize No kind of eye contact with the patient didnt ask if he needed a wheel chair NOTHIN NOT friendly if you dont like your job get out of it Hospital personnel should be way different than that SHAME ON YOU BANNER

Nurses and staff were attentive and competent in the hospital after I was admitted. Maricela and Pancheta were standouts.My room was nice except for the fact there was no hot water when I went to take a shower before leaving.ER was a 3-hour wait until triage and another couple hours to get to an ER room. Was admitted and got to hospital bed about 3 hours after that. The ER staff was goodThe real disappointment was the lack of communication with the doctor. I saw him one time when he did rounds with students in tow. That was it.I was discharged by the attending nurse with him handing me some paperwork. He did a quick run through but It would have been nice if the doctor was there to discharge me and go over everything..

DO NOT GO HERE This hospital need to be shut down and investigated by the state and all relevant medical bodies. They have the worst patient experience I have ever had at a hospital IF YOURE HAVING A LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCY GO TO LITERALLY ANY OTHER HOSPITAL. Their wait times are outrageous at all hours of the day and you spend hours sitting in the waiting room waiting to be triaged just to be shuffled to another waiting room just to wait another 8 hours to even be seen by a doctor. The nurses and doctors are so burnt out that they dont care and you can watch them walk around talking and playing with each other. The only time I ever see work being done is when a patient gets pissed off and starts to demand answers.

DO NOT GO HERE Especially in an emergency They dont care about privacy health or otherwise Im surprised they havent been shut down. I arrived via ambulance and waited a full 8 hours and was NEVER spoken to or examined by anyone. The waiting room was emptied out and still I was never addressed. The nurses appear to be so tired and not wanting to work.I legitimately was not seen only triaged and left to suffer in a waiting room chair.I left after advising them the situation and they didnt seem to care and they REFUSED to give me any of my medical records to seek medical care elsewhere. Worse medical experience in my life

So the place for compassionate care cant even bother to keep your appointments. And there is no higher up you can speak to either. My Rheumatologist is supposed to see me every 3 months or do labs every 3 months to monitor my medication. They schedule 6 months out. They cancel and schedule another 3 months out they cancel and schedule again another 3 months out. What kind of any care is this Get your act together and dont waste peoples time. You are playing with my health and my life.

Wifes been in Emergency Room since 430 waiting to be seen. Its now 730. Getting ready to leave. One star is way to many. Heard so bad about Banner and this only confirms it . Dont go to Banner.... period. You people have our phone number dont send us one of your phoney automatic reviews. You want to talk call us. Were waiting.

Treat me so good theyre really nice folks easy in and out with valet parking. Wait time was good not over the top 15 min .

Its 132 am in the morning and I cant sleep because i am in pain from robotic assisted removal of a large mass on my adrenal glad and they are withholding pain medication. My third dose is ibuprofen which is not doing a thing for me. They have a solution to this in their medicine cabinet but yet I am being made to lay here and experience pain. This is not ok.I got the silly Ibuprofen at midnight then at 130 am told the nurse that it didnt do anything for me and she said she would come come my room. 330 am she never came to my room but some doctor did and finally I got a dose of oxycodone. The thing is even the single dose of oxycodone wasnt doing it and they had the option to give me two but chose not to. I should not have to be in pain in a hospital. There is a time and place for narcotic drugs and this was it. They shouldnt be stingy with it. I shouldnt be laying half the night awake because the pain is keeping me up.Also they never gave me the button to remotely call the nurse to my bed so each time I had to get up heeving in abdominal pain to go to the nurses desk to complain about my pain. The bed barricade that has the controls to raise and lower the bed was down and inaccessible to me for most of my stay so I had to use all of my cut abdominal muscles to raise and lower myself out of the bed. I even had to ask for a blanket as only a top bed sheet was provided.The nurse apologized for never making it to my room but also said I was busy lets not make a big deal out of this which was a back handed apology.The stinginess with real pain medication bothered the most because I was in pain and didnt sleep half the night.Banner can get ahold of me for further input.
