I have excellent customer service whenever I go there. However they almost never answer the phones and when they do you are placed on hold for lengthy periods of time. I waited 37 mins before I finally hung up this time. I appreciate your staff and your services alot but please fix the phone problem where nobody answers or they place you on hold for 30 minutes. Thanks

Showed up at 240 for a 300 appointment. After waiting over an hour at 345 I asked when I could expect to be seen and was told that there were only two nurses in the back and they would get to me as soon as possible. After another 30 minutes I asked again and was told I was third in line of the people in the waiting room 5th overall since they had just taken two people in the back to be seen. I was told I would get in maybe by 500 or 530. I requested to reschedule for a later date and left and I had watched two other people whod arrived before me do the same.The staff was polite and professional and I could tell they were working hard. Clearly though they had been put in a bad situation by whoever is in charge of scheduling appointments. If you dont have the staff dont overbook yourselves. The whole point of making appointments is so that there isnt a massive queue of frustrated people whove wasted their afternoons waiting around. Not to mention the fact that half of the people are crossing their legs the entire time they wait because they have to give a urine sample. Im praying for a better experience at my rescheduled appointment

Stay away from Banner I would give them negative stars if I could. The majority of all staff are either incompetent or lazy. I dont have the time or energy to tell you how many times they messed things up. No follow up calls lost information requiring me to return and be charged 2x only to lose it a second time. Im still trying to get results from tests taken 6mo ago Calling doesnt help they constantly transfer you to another department who eventually transfers you back to the one. They have 2.5 for a reason

I had an an appointment today at 8 am for a pre-employment exam. Joanne the Clinic RN and Ruthie McNeal at the check in reception were kind and accommodating from start to the finish. They explained every process and made me feel welcome.

Something at this place needs to change. All complaints are the same long wait poor phone service. I experienced te same issues. At my 1st appointment I actually was in that place 2 12 hours. Waited a long time to get seen and when I came out. I see the nurse at her workstation eating really no urgency to help people. I just called was trying to reschedule my appointment. I was placed on hold and it was a 30 plus minute wait. Couldnt even reach the front counter for help. Thats simply unacceptable and ridiculous for medical facility.

Yes the wait is a long time. They do a bunch of walk ins. But this is the case for every occupational medicine clinic I have ever been to. Maria the woman who drew my blood was quick and professional once I got in there. I originally gave this 4 stars to counter the bad reviews because I know these places always get the ire of people who visit due to long wait times. However I just discovered they did the wrong test and used the wrong tubes to draw the blood. So I sat there for 90 minutes for no reason at all. That is unprofessional.

The staff was very professional kind and great at what they do. I did have to wait for a bit but that is understandable in health care. I heard some people complaining but I want to do the opposite and reassure the staff that they do a great job. Staff saw me as soon as they could and they were efficient. The receptionist even took the time to give a young girl in the waiting room some activity and coloring books to pass the time.
