Christina and Kevin are both fantastic physical therapists. They explain to me which muscles tendons and ligaments are involved in my rotator cuff surgery recovery and what I can do at home. The facility is clean and well equipped and all staff are very friendly.

Broke my finger and was giving a referral for a finger splint by the ortho. I called the first location on the list and they were so rude and stated the earliest they could see me was three weeks. Clearly that was not going to work. We called this location and the moment that Chell answered it was such a different experience. She put me on hold and said to head over and Id get helped today Michelle took the time to make sure the finger splint was perfect. She took the time and care to make sure the splint was perfect and comfortable. Not only did she do a fantastic job she was so friendly and personable.

Jason is great Gave me helpful direction and training on improving strength and balance.

Michelle has been going above and beyond with my therapy sessions post wrist surgery. She is amazing

I have been a patient for 6 weeks and although painful at times have had a thoroughly good experience. All the staff are very friendly professional and caring. They treat everyone with respect are sympathetic of pains and aches and ensure cleanliness of their equipment. Although I hope not to go back to their facility if the need arises the Banner Physical Therapy at Lake Pleasant would be the facility I would wish to return to.

Honestly Christina is the first medical personnel to listen to me and take it step by step and figure out how to help. She may not be able to fix the problem directly but she does her absolute best to make sure youre taken care of to the best of her ability and she makes you feel heard.

Seaton Bonar Was great. She took her time with my daughter came up with a therapy plan and then did exercises with her. We were very impressed at our first visit.
