Amazing nursing staff. I came in for a pre-health physical but on my way I sliced my finger open. They did not hesitate to bandage me up in the calmest manner and even gave me advice on whether I actually needed stitches or not. 1010 would recommend

I had to get signed off to return to work post my Covid vaccine. The staff was very nice and efficient. I had to stay out a while later but the care I received from the staff was wonderful.

I would not visit this Urgent Care again. It did not seem clean in fact there were little gnats swarming around in the patient room. When the door was closed I could hear the doctors and nurses discussing patients at the central desk.I received my bill paid it right away but continued to receive threatening letters weekly about past due balance. When I called them they said they had an outside billing company whos records werent always up to date and I shouldnt be receiving more letters. I continued to receive nasty letters and had to callwrite several times to get it to stop

My18 year old daughter had a severe soar throat. We had seen another fast clinic in a CVS. A few days earlier and recieved a miss diagnosis of a fungus infection. She was prescribed an oral medication that made the condition much worse. We were the only patients at this clinic the entire visit and it took us over 1 hour. The staff were very robotic like in there behavior. I tried to ask a question on the way out and was told I was not aloud to be there. Very strange since I was already there. It felt like I was being hurried out the door. Keeping in mind there were no other patients in the facility during our visit I was confuses about the wait time and gruf behaviour. I found the experience to be very unfriendly. It is best to have a good primary care physician and avoid these places at all cost.

denied medical attention because I didnt have my physical copy of my insurance card because I recently moved to Tucson approx. 3 weeks ago and had issues with obtaining a copy. had my number and all necessary information just no physical copy. I had a serious infection that needed medicine to fully treat. never again will I come here.

Was quite ill and arrived as they opened. Receptionist was friendly professional and quick. After I filled out the paperwork had only a short wait to go into a room. Nurse came in soon after that and was very nice and took my vitals. NP arrived and discovered I had a bad sinus infection. The whole event took 27 minutes. Very clean place. I would return but I hope I will never have the need to go back.I would have given it 4 stars but I couldnt get passed the phrase Loved it since I was sick.

Ive been here twice now. Saw a PA both times. Their office was almost empty for each visit and yet it still took 20 minutes to even get me out of the waiting room. After my second visit I was told I would receive a follow up call in two days at the latest with the results of my lab test. I finally called back after three days to get the results myself only to be told they still didnt have them. I will not be visit this urgent care again they are not efficient.

I was very impressed with the service I received here from the moment I walked in. I would give it an A in cleanliness. I only waited 15 minutes after my paperwork was complete. The MA was very nice Catherine the provider was kind attentive seemed sincerely concerned about why I was there. I would definitely come back here if needed.

Went in for abcess on my neck very gross I know they barely even looked at it. Didnt do a culture or anything. Wrote a script for Keflex and sent me in my way. Abcess got worse so I went to ER they lanced it and drained it. Almost 10cc of nastiness came out. And ER doc told me that Keflex doesnt even treat MRSA which is quite possibly what it is. Never going back to urgent care
