Have been here since 11 am and it is now 4pm. Sat in the room waiting to be seen for 2hrs and was seen. Then dr was supposed to come back and another hr later the front of the office is calling my phone wondering if we left. Umm no we are still in the treatment room waiting. What an disorganized place

I was 10 minutes early for my appointment however the check-in process was done incorrectly and I ended up waiting for about 50-55 minutes to be seen when there were only 4 people in the waiting room when I got there at 820 a.m. I repeatedly had to ask when it was my turn when obviously an error was made. One particular check-in clerk is inefficient and condescending. The doctors and pas however are awesome. This took place in the Orthopedics office of Doctor Stickney on the second floor.

I had a trigger finger fixed and a awesome job they did now in back for another finger fix with all the confidence needed.

Dr. Christopher Toth is an amazing surgeon. I felt like he really cared about me as a patient as well as a person. I would recommend to anyone needing foot ankle achillies surgery etc to make him your first choice.

My appt was at 10. it is currently 11 and i am still waiting. the CNA in the front is rude. People that came in after me have been called back.

Agree wholeheartedly with other reviews before which means the hospital management hasnt addressed any of the issues being identified by others. On my previous two visits Ive heard several staff openly complaining about the clinic. Then upon getting x-rays the techs were extremely careless. I had to ask for a protective cover when taking x-rays and the tech basically threw one at me didnt tell me where to place it. I have absolutely no confidence in their ability to keep you safe. Then called to speak to Dr. Roeder and his assistant was incredibly rude couldnt answer any of my medical questions and then basically refused to even put in a message for the doctor to call me back. She tried to fight with me telling me the Doctor was busy and he had already answered my questions in the previous appointment. Honestly this is one of the worst-run places I have ever seen. Ill go somewhere else.

My wife was referred here by our primary care physician after some pain in her wrist. The staff were friendly and efficient. She was in an exam room before we even finished the paperwork.The doctor was very friendly and explained the situation more than once to ensure we understood what happened how we could help her heal and what to expect going forward. He even went over it all one last time before he walked out. My wife was happy because she felt well informed about her diagnosis and treatment.One cool side note...the east windows have a great view of the Superstition Mountains. If you have to wait there arent many things prettier to look at.

Money Hungry - Poor serviceBefore they help you in the ER while you are in pain they will send in a person to make sure you can pay for services.Overall care in the ER for me was terrible follow up was terrible and I am now being harassed for payment of a bill I feel is unfair.I would recommend you avoid all Banner locations they have been terrible. The nurses were nice and try their best I know Company policy is not their fault.

The staff was organized friendly and funny. They were quick and efficient in giving directions to my husband and I cor his surgery. The surgeon came out to talk to me before I went back to go see him. And they let me keep the surgeons pen Everyone answered every question I had and the time we spent there was less then what we had been told. They even turned the a.c. up a few degrees because everyone was cold and they even gave me a warm blanket while I waited for my husband. It was such a pleasant experience.
