Banner Health - Banner Health Clinic - Casa Grande

Place sucks fantom visits stay away from Banner they dont care about you just your insurance. Dont believe me call their billing dept if you have an issue and see or better yet ask for administration. Literally no avenue for issues other than make a payment.

Dena FNP has an amazing bedside manner. However after only 5 months with this office as my PCP Ive decided to establish care elsewhere. The biggest problem with this office seems to be doing things in a timely manner. I had 2 referrals done for a condition I never had...Because they couldnt find a subspecialty that would take my case for the issues I was having. The referral coordinator was rude when challengedwith this mistake. Took them 3 weeks to get answers about a medication prior Auth. Rather than call the insurance for medicinal options they offered to call a script to a self pay pharmacy. Took the new PCP 4 days to auth a similar medication. Front office has a pretty lackluster attitude. My last OV the provider was double booked. TBH I expected more from a Banner facility. Im happy to use this office for acute care. However I no longer trust them with my complex historyneeds in a long term sense.

I dont normally drop reviews however this facility deserves one. First Laura Stager is amazing she is kind compassionate understanding and offers exceptional patient care. Second I had to get a wellness exam Laura was booked out which is no surprise due to how great she is so I saw the new doctor Justin Cole. He also demonstrated exceptional patient care he took his time answered all my questions made sure I was comfortable through out the wellness exam made sure I felt heard and understood. The medical assistants in the back were kind had a smile on their face and also engaged in conversation. The girl that did my labs was also very outgoing and friendly. Lastly the girls at the front desk always have a smile on their face they are willing to go above and beyond especially when it comes to dealing with my health insurance. I will definitely continue going here for my medical needs and will either see Laura or Justin as they are both great Doctors

Excellent service. Dr Cole is a great addition to the clinic as a young knowledgeable enthusiastic and caring person. He is professional and efficient. Better yet is he has plans to make Casa Grande his home for the foreseeable future.

Entire staff professional courteous friendly and efficient. Samantha Lakar was very knowledgeable and took time to listen and willingly answered questions as I asked them.All were very respectful of my time and concerns.

Banner HealthCare in my opinion is one of the best. Moving here from the east coast and having to get all new Drs was a nightmare I thought I was wrong that were very reassuring and professional and in no time I found my great team at Banner.

Excellent office Caring professionals taking care of you and whats even better is that everyone was in such a good mood It was obvious that I made the right choice for my care This Banner Health Clinic has a lab inside which makes getting those pesky additional trips to get your tests is a thing of the past I definitely recommend this office

My provider Samantha Kakar is one of 2 favorite providers I have had in my 66 years. Thoughtful professional thorough pleasant and a real pleasure to meet with. She made me feel genuinely cared for.

The staff are extremely welcoming. Dr. Cole is the best doctor in all of Casa Grande. Usually I would drive a hour and a half to get quality treatment. That was until I found Dr.Cole. Hes extremely compassionate relatable and kind. Hes an expert in his field.Very grateful.

My son had a procedure here today. The staff was lovely and caring. We loved the way the staff treated my daughter-in-law myself and my son. As I was standing in line for coffee one of the sweet nurses used her free coffee to pay for mine. Another nurse was kind enough to bring me a warmed blanket when I talked about how awesome they were. This hospital is all about loving and caring for people. Thank you all so much
