Dr Dhaliwal is professional kind and caring. Hes thorough and listened attentively to my concerns and health problems. Hes knowledgeable and decisive. I cant say enough about my happiness he is my doctor. Definitely refreshing to have someone so completely excellent.

I saw Dr. Casey for a leghip issue recently. He truly cared about me and spoke with me in terms that I easily understood. My interaction with Dr. Casey couldnt have been better.

Great staff I have never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room after my check-in. Dr. Dhwahli is a great doctor

I only gave a 4 because the phone system is too impersonal and made me feel like I was not anything more than a number. Dr Chung and his staff are outstanding. They were all friendly and made up for any faults of the system. Dr Chung was the first of many doctors Ive seen for my back over the years that gave me the time to help me understand and participate in my treatment.

Everyone was very nice and understood what I needed as a new patient that has several health challenges. I had brought in the new patient forms and some specifics of what is going on and what I needed several weeks in advance. The staff and Dr Merchut my new primary doc did take the time to look at these before I arrived. Dr Merchut also reviewed all the notes and data from my ER visit and hospital stay at Del Webb that occurred just 10 days prior to my visit. It was obvious being under the Banner umbrella is a great advantage as everything is at doctors finger tips.Dr Merchut took time during my appointment to go over my history and I feel she took away the best understanding of my long- and short-term problems of any doctor Ive ever seen. It was clear she was ready to accept me as a new patient regardless of the issues I face and help me.While the doctor and I were talking the staff was busy getting everything in the system and before I left the building authorizations for specialists I see were being updated and sent out.Best medical service Ive ever had.

Dr Chung was very personable Knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Received an appointment within days of contacting doctors office.. The rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful.

Dr. Sean Rae was the best doctor I have seen to date. Very knowledgeable and made sure to break down and illustrate exactly what is going on with my body. Showed me diagrams to ensure I understood in depth what he was telling me. He listened to everything I had to say and made a detailed plan to help me achieve my goals to better my health. Ordered labs for me to get done and was quick to report on his findings when the tests concluded. Didnt seem rushed at all and actually looked me in the eye to talk to me. The office staff was also extremely nice and helpful and very fast to make sure everything went smoothly as possible. Very happy I went here.

Dr Rae was fantastic. Banner Heath however is terrible. They have horrible customer care. Try to talk to someone regarding incorrect billing. talk to 6 people get 6 different answers. They say they are reviewing a a refuted bill but in the mean time send it to collections. Banner is a corporation more interested in money than patient care. It is unfortuante because the dr is exceptional. They are dishonest and are not interested in correctly billing a patient. you will be sorry if you use Banner.

Had a great experience with Dr. Dhaliwal. He listened carefully to my health concerns did not rush through the appt. He addressed my concerns in a genuinely caring kind and professional way. He was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful information regarding my health concerns. I very much appreciate him as a primary care doctor.
