Crystal Ramos is the best PCP Ive ever had and Im in my mid 60s. She takes all time needed to understand and address my health issues and doesnt rush. She pays close attention to details and answers all questions I might write to her through the online portal the same day even if its at night. Its obvious she loves her work and truly cares about her patients. I only wish I could leave her more than 5 stars

Dr. Brent Albrecht performed my hip replacement surgery and I am thrilled with the results. Not only is he a technically skilled surgeon but he also explains everything thoroughly and in a way that is easily understood. I am now able to do activities that were impossible pre-surgery. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering a joint replacement. Thank you Dr. Albrecht

The staff at Health Center plus in Glendale are a friendly and happy bunch and its contagious Love em They work as a team treat you like family and create a comfortable environment. I was impressed with the level of comprehension related to my health care concerns. Un-rushed individualized attention to my health concerns with impecable follow up was refreshing.

Was scheduled and without our knowledge the appointment was changed two times. I understand they dont do the scheduling but the rudeness of the staff and lack of understanding their company is the issue was horrible. They wouldnt give the time of day over 11 mins late due to the schedule change that we never made. Face it you know the 11 mins would be double that sitting in the waiting room. Last time I went in for myself I waited 32 mins before being taken back I was one of the first appointments of the day so it wasnt like it was backed up. Just very disappointed in the staff for always being rude and not communicating. When we have appointments set at times that work for our lives and things change sure we will typically make the changes but then when it doesnt benefit them its our fault. I never would have taken an 8am appointment because our son gets dropped off at 750 no way to make it work. Then they want to reschedule but the doc only sees so many people. We said any doctor is fine but its still a month out after I waiting 2 months for this appointment. Absolute joke. Dont waste your time here youll be pushed around and spoken down to by rude receptionist. The doctors spend all of 5 minutes with you and say try this maybe come back next month. Great money scam. Still waiting for answer. Would love to hear someone say more than I dont know.

Poorly Cared For First of all Nobody InSide Of That Office Even Knows Why I Was There...Those Hospital Beds Have Made Me Feel Like I Was In Some Kind...

Absolutely amazing Dr office. If you arent going here for your care. Im so sorry. I hit the jackpot with Dr Ballecer as my health provider so smart and up to date on current issues regarding my health. Best bed side manner. I never felt like a number. I felt comfortable to just be me with her. She really amazing.

I have only been a patient at Banner for less than 6 months and every visit has been very rewarding. I appreciate the ease in making an appointment and the ease of checking in at the different Health Centers and the professionalism of the staff. And mostly importantly the health care providers that I have seen have all spent a great deal of time with me and have been very attentive to my concerns. I feel like I have come to the right place for my health care needs.

I was recently a patient at this clinic and I received excellent care in every respect. The staff and the doctor and his staff were extremely professional and very courteous and also very thorough in the explanation as to what I needed to do as soon as they can schedule my procedure.I have recommended him to others before and I will continue to recommend Dr. Edwards.

I can actually get in same-day for a sick appointment Everyone is so easy to talk including the scheduling gals. The staff was efficient and helpful including the lobby staff. Wait times were reasonable although new patient appointments take awhile to schedule. Met with Dr T who listened to my concerns and made knowledgeable suggestions. Very personable. Glad I found this center and Dr. T

I needed delicate surgery on my thumb. I was referred to Dr Kelly Scott and she did a great job. Dr Scott thoroughly explained everything both pre- and postoperative. Her bedside manner was superb. I highly recommend Dr Scott for hand surgery
