They take my medical insurance confirmed by both Banner and my insurance Humana. But its hit or miss if the actual provider accepts your insurance. You go in for an appointment on good faith that your insurance will pay and BAM you get billed. The P.A. I saw does not accept Humana. No one will help. im a senior on a fixed income and purchase insurance to cover my medical expenses then Banner screws you over. They told me it is the patients responsibility to know which provider at the clinic is an in-network provider for your insurance. They are all different. How am I supposed to know I hate looking for another doctor I like Dr. Dufner but I cant afford this hit or miss policy from Banner. If Im ill and need to be seen I cant count on help from Banner. Sadly Ill be looking for a new doctor outside of Banner.

It has becoming increasingly difficult to get in to see my doctor the alternate doctor I saw recently was in a big hurry despite there being no other patients in the office. And Banners billing process is always a mystery. You know youre always going to receive two or three bills months after your visit even when you paid what they told you you owed upfront at the desk.

Dr. Dufner is an excellent doctor. He truly listens to your issues and provides solutions for your problems. His follow-up is exceptional. Best doctor in Arizona.

Dr. Manzano is one of the most caring doctors I have seen in many years. Hes concerned with helping patients get better and better results. Both my wife and I have seen Dr. Manzano and are ecstatic with his concern and care. He is now our primary caregiver.

We elected to do a Self Pay MRI to verify nothing can be anatomically damaged or injured by conducting Physical Therapy on a bad knee of 11 years. Banner Imaging openly cancelled the appointment saying we cannot allow Self-Pay without a declined Insurance Appeal. Thus in doing so should Physical Therapy or any further damage come to my Childs knee Banner now accepts and assumes any and all costs damages and prolonged pain compensation because we were advised to get MRI of the poor knee before allowing our child to engage in sports or physical therapy to avoid unnecessary cost of care as well as potentially exacerbated knee injury due to Non medical ordered protocols that hazard preferred care for unethically earned business income.For Banners sake I do hope they get that appeal pushed through and I likewise hope they stop engaging in practices that employ political use all-be-it convenient to make money capitalizing upon procedures of insurance instead of saying doctor does not recommend playing sports or engaging in activities other than walking prior to having medical images and or physical therapy conducted in a controlled environment completed in the interest of insuring the safety and well being of the patient who presented his knee with its curiously combined group of problem conditions. That point at a variety of problems requiring imaging to reach a clear evidence-based diagnosis. Instead as a organization Banner has chosen to make its employees decline preventative care in the interest of potentially dangerous holistic care plans before knowing if it is safe to do so.

Had a Wellness Exam done to receive free money on October 3rd and they sent it in without dating it. The deadline is tomorrow at 12am and come to find out they lost the form. Our forms are mailed securely so there is no way Im getting one filled out CORRECTLY and sent in by deadline. This place you are just a number and strongly recommend staying away. Staff is worthless and the Manager Tiffany is too.

I saw Dr. Kerry Amstutz and he as well as his team were efficient knowledgeable friendly and caring. I felt like I was in a commercial for how health care should be. I know Banners philosophy to deliver new and better Healthcare in the communities they serve and they really mean it.
