I am a first time mom and was nervous about finding the right dr for my daughter. Weve been seeing Dr. Hariadi since she was bornshes 5m now and she has been awesome So good with our baby girl and always answers all of my concerns. Weve also seen Dr Lar when she was unavailable and he was great as well. The staff is also super friendly

I love this office the front and back desk is very professional and friendly. My doctor is very caring. My visits are never rushed. He listens to my concerns and needs.

Office staff and Dr. Kamireddy have always been available whenever needed. Never had a long wait in office or to schedule an appointment. Wish

The front and back office staff were very friendly and helpful. The provider Amanda Toppel is very caring and attentive to your health needs. I recommend her to anybody that wants proper and professional care.

Beware when scheduling. I said I had a sick kid and wanted a soonest available appointment. During the phone call the appointment for a Wednesday was scooped up which meant k for the next day. The scheduler said the doctor will see you in two days. I showed up today 229 and they said my appointment was for next Thursday. Why would I schedule an appointment almost two weeks out for a fever So if you choose them I suggest you double- or triple-check the date and time.

Went for an annul physical and got billed for tests I never even requested or required. Ive been calling them since July and never get anywhere . I have never dealt with such incompetence from a clinic. Definitely do not recommend anyone to come here. Better off going somewhere else.Oh and concern was never addressed. Yall can disregard the auto response from them

I had taken my son to this clinic for 12 years. We had seen any doctor available. I told them all the problems my son suffers. Autism ADHD no grow hormones and not now no testasterone. No one pay attention and now my son is almost 18 and it is almost too late for the grow hormones to do much.

I was so afraid to change my actual pediatrician for the one we choose here and thank god we did I am so so happy with the result the staff treatment and how Dr explain and was updated about my son condition autism very pleased

Our family just moved in Maricopa...I spoke to a customer service representative to reschedule my sons appointment. Her names Fernanda..She went over to check availabilities of PCPs. She left me with no choice but to confirm and it turns out that scheduling in this location is a nightmare..When rescheduling theyll push it far back..like close to a month Its ridiculous..I feel like this hospital is understaffed. Our previous clinic and PCP can schedule and reschedule on the same day. My family was so excited at the very beginning right at the time that we moved in coz we got Banner just around the corner...But then it made a bad impression to us due to scheduling nightmare... Maybe well just try and look for another hospital who values and respects the time of their clients...

I met with Dr. FLEMING back in July after waiting for an appointment for 6 months as a new patient. DR. Fleming was wonderful. She was not available the next time I needed an apptmt. Couldnt get an apptmt for 3 months. I saw Ms. Amanda Toppel last week. I didnt have to wait a long time and she spent time with me. I had a long list of like 9 issues I needed to talk about.I asked her what to do if I get really sick since it takes 3 or 4 months to get in.Im over 65 and have health concerns. She told me to call in hopefully I could be seen by a Dr. Within like 48 hrs. Or go to Urgent care or the hospital. She told me that Banner is hiring more doctors. I hope its a lot of doctors as fast as Maricopa is growing.Weve called their office and asked for a doctor or nurse to call us back and you never get a call from them even though youve called three plus times with the same questions.I like Dr. FLEMING and Amanda Toppel its Banner that needs to get their heads out of the clouds. Im giving them time to restructure to hire the badly needed staff since Dignity left Maricopa in AprilSo ok Banner get the staff hired and open more office space. Maricopa is growing so fast you need to catch up and exceed the growth.Dont let this community down.
