Im giving a 3 star rating because1.the office staff is not very welcoming and most times I feel like Im annoying them just by checking in. There has been one girl who is warm and welcoming but everyone else is just cold.2. I have tried every doctor at this location for my 1 year old son and most of them seemed in a rush to get him in and out. And didnt really help him feel comfortable. Except 1 doctor.However Dr.V is amazing and is the reason we will be coming back All the pediatricians at this location really dont know how to work with kids Dr.V who practices family medicine is the best doctor not at this location but in the whole valley. Every time we have seen him he picks my son up plays with him comforts him and just truly cares He listens to my concerns and is the only doctor who referred us to a specialist when my son was having major skin issues He truly cares about everyone he sees And that is how doctors should be If I could give just him a rating it would be 5 stars all the way through. We will follow him to wherever he goes

Bad bad bad.If I could give zero stars I would.Be an advocate for your child. If something doesnt feel right make sure you do further research and get investigation and never give up finding the right treatment for your child.Dont let the doctors dismiss you and act like everything is t COVID and the FLU because its not.My child has not been receiving inadequate care due to a one track mind.Its not Always COVID and its not always the FLU.Dr Bahkoo.

Doctor was great. Office personnel was great. Waiting room not so. Children coughing and sneezing all around me made me feel very uncomfortable. Flu is raging and Covid has come back into view. No sanitation was shown in the waiting room.

Dr Sahand Vafakary has been providing excellent health care during and after my knee replacement surgery. He is courteous professional and friendly.

I recently took my daughter in for a follow up visit and feel like I wasted my money. The front desk was extremely rude I asked a question about billing since Im self pay and was ignored and just asked to pay. Im highly disappointed and will not be going back.

Great staff at this location. However the 0ffice space is very small for the number of people visiting this location daily. Im in Commercial Real Estate and with the amount of empty offices available I truly feel Banner should consider upgrading this location and office space as it is greatly needed. I like to thank the staff for making it a comfortable and pleasant visit even with lack of space they are dealing with.

Ill be honest Im not a huge fan of Banner but the staff and Dr at the AJ Banner Clinic turned that around on Tuesday I was greeted with a warm and soft individual at the front desk who smiled the entire time I spoke with her. While meeting with the Dr I was again greeted with a smile communication and most importantly for me listening ears. I have struggled for over a decade with a chronic pain disorder and have often felt unheard or judged for the issues I describe. Dr V listened and explained and came up with a plan to move forward while working with my Rheumatologist. Thank you for listening especially since women seem to be dismissed often times when talking about their health.

The clinic was awesome. However follow up has been very difficult. Ive had several questions for the doctor that Im forced to send through a call center. I cannot get a return call or assistance and was actually told in one message that I should go to the ER if I need more help. The ER said they could not help me without mri results
