Baltimore City Infants and Toddlers

Absolute trash I was referred here and reached out to them on a Monday didnt hear back from anyone called again within that same week on Friday and the little girl who works front desk reassured me that shell reach back out to me herself once their computers were back up and running-still no call back. Its now the following Monday and still no calls so I called them to have my children removed from their system because this entire program is a joke. Save yourself the time. This place needs to be shut down. Straight trash

I scheduled an evaluation back in July. I was told someone would come out in two weeks Today is Aug 22 and still no contact. I called back today to schedule another appointment. I was told the earliest someone can come out for our zip code is the second week of September. Two months to receive our first evaluationNow I see why this organization has such bad reviews. Do better infants toddlers. You are supposed to be a supporter to families who are seeking guidance and early intervention. You are supposed to be a resource for the healthy development of our children

My daughter has been trying for months to get an appointment for my granddaughter and has called n spoken to staff every Tuesday and Thursday over n over again with no reply We r begging for help n no ones listening. This is a story the media needs to report I wish she lived in the county and could get help there cuz i hear they are much better. This is the pb with Baltimore city. When ur crying out for help and ur being ignored where do u go

Has taken literally MONTHS to get someone out here and the day they are suppose to come they set the wrong date. I cant believe how inefficient this place is ran. You can tell its a state program. Waste of tax money for this kind of unorganized mess they put our children thru.

My son had an evaluation done in our home on March 1st. They CLAIMED to start sevrices WITHIN 30 days of the intial meeting.... Fast forward 90 days later. NO ONE HAS SEEN MY SON NOR HAS ANY ONE BEEN ABLE TO EXPLAIN TO ME AS TO WHY. I CALLED several times and spoke with the service coordinator who offered excuses and tried blaming EVERYONE else within the organizaton for the delay in service. I spoke to A supervisor in April and she said she would get back to me. When she did she stated we do not have a therapist assigned for your son so WHEN WILL THEY This seemed like a very good thing in the beginning. Having services for him and it wouldve been beneficial however they NOW have me feeling lost and frustrated and this is not fair So their newest excuse is that Baltimore city computers were down. This is completely unprofessional and a poor excuse because the city computers were NOT effected at all from march to May. Just since AFTER the FIRST week of May AFTER the Mayor resigned. They think people are fools. Excuse after excuse after excuse

Called today July 5 for an appt. and oh boy did the receptionist display her unprofessional rude dumb founded side. Who employed this heffa. I say Hi i recieved a referral for my child and she goes how can i help you Lord take the wheel. Im calling because i recieved a referral for services duh.

Horrible reviews are right how does an agency just not answer the phone very unprofesasional i hope everyone in this building has a degree because job secuirty will be a problem if i come to find dismay and mess when i start to deal with this agency im the type to call corporate

I went there to have my toddler accessed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff is knowledgeable and did a thorough evaluation.

Ridiculous ridiculous ridiculousThe speech coordinator Ms grace never know anything every time I call to ask her questions I dont know.shes not reliable at all.she gives me the run around she never know whos my son speech therapist its ridiculous Im fed up how are you in charge of my sons case and you never know anything.Thats all she says is I dont know.I would NOT recommend to anybody my son deserves to get his service and which he has not in over a month.BIT is a horrible place they need to change their namejust to Baltimore.

They claimed to provide transportation but the bus never showed . They also directed my daughter to the wrong address. No one answered the phones to guide us to the correct location. This place was very disorganized and unprofessional. A 1230 appt ended up starting at 230 because of the absent bus and the misdirections. The only upside was that they still saw my grandson when we finally got to the right location which we had to look up on our own
