Was with this company for 9 months with my child. High turnover with BT and they hire brand new people fresh out of high school or who have never done this job before or never have worked with kids. Its like they literally just hire people off the streets and only provide a two week training. Ended with the company after a supervisor requested to have herself removed because she could not fulfill what she advised regarding overlapping and used wording as its not feasible for her schedule . They definitely do not have the best interests for your child. Also had a toy taken from my home without permission after ending services and BT argued with my husband that the toy belong to the first supervisor which it did not. This was a toy my husband personally purchased for our child so be careful of things being stolen from your home.

We were placed with AST for about a year. Their turnover is not as high as other companies.
