Beaming Review

If I could give no stars I would. The only good thing about this company was the therapist she was amazing. I only had the service for one month for my son and they do sever children over 5 despite what it says on there website. My child was 12 when he started. Even though they have a Buffalo NY address they filter all of there coordination and customer service through there California office which is there main office. They do not except NYS Medicaid which is ridiculous especially when all of the other services for autism are covered under Medicaid. He is signed up with OPWDD also. So now I have a bill for over 400 in copays At the time our BCBS HMO covered everything but 40. ALP never disclosed to me that they add up your copays and then bill you monthly for them. So my son only got 1 month because I was not paying or can afford that a month. I have reached out to his care coordinator and everyone I could think of and they all said couldnt help me ALP is horrible with. Communication they dont get back to you for months or even tell you were to send the payments They have been sending me bills on and off with different totals and no other information. Then I get a letter today from them DEMANDING PAYMENT ok I have been trying to get in touch with them through email and calling for months about this bill They finally get back to me this month They tell me that because they are based in California they dont except Medicaid What Thats what pays for the services for people with disabilities I am taking this matter to NYS
