First Ill start with what I like about The Dog Alliance. I went to the camp several SEVERAL years ago as a kid with my dog. It was the most fun Ive ever had I cherish those memories as she is no longer with us. I highly recommend the dog camp for kids. The facility is very nice and huge. They offer a wide variety of programs from agility to day camp or even grooming. They also do very good work for the community by training service dogs for veterans and others with disabilities. Now what I dont like. I took my puppy to the puppy kindergarten classes with high expectations. Unfortunately I was let down. The trainer was good but I felt we didnt get much accomplished and couldve saved the money and watched a YouTube video. I did like that she got to socialize with the other puppies but ultimately wasnt what I was hoping to achieve. I did much more work with her at home and found better results from videos. Its a good class but too expensive in my opinion. I was looking into the dog day camp for her as she developed some fearfulness to other dogs but its way too pricey for the average joe. I shopped around and found a different facility in round rock that offered a 3 week extensive training program for the same price the dog alliance charges for 10 days of just day camp. Im amazed at how much my puppy has grown and how different she is now the other training program has helped mold her into a well mannered young dog.In conclusion yes this is a good place for kid day camp is you have the money to spare. The training programs dont offer as much as one would hope for the price. But if money isnt an issue then go for it. I wouldnt recommend this facility if youre looking for more bang for your buck. I would recommend it if youre dog is trained and just needs better manners.

I love this place. We switched from Zoom Room which is also very good but I love the scheduled format of the 6-week classes where skills are built week over week. The trainers are wonderful engaging and patient and the facilities are amazing. I am so thankful I found Dog Alliance- its been so fun training my first puppy and watching her skills develop

We love the Dog Alliance. They offer so much in the way of education for dogs and for the general public We have had our grandsons enrolled in the camps they hold for children- educating them at different levels with and without their own dogs. One of my very favorite things they do is train puppies to give to a Veteran in need.Today although they are closed we have a photo opportunity with Michelle Cantu.Ill add more detail after the shootThe photo shoot was in an all purpose room that is attached to the main building. Michelle was assisted by her son Noah-Who loves dogs and was a great playmate for Nani to help her by playing with her and getting her acclimated. Nani gets maybe a C for cooperation. Different color backgrounds and many many many shots were taken so Im sure we will have some beautiful pictures to choose from.

Weve only been taking classes for a few weeks now but my dog and I love it We are currently in Dog Manners 1 but plan to take Manners 2 and the progress into some sport classes Our instructor Susan is amazing She is so knowledgeable friendly and adapts and offers guidance based on your specific dogs breed personality and her observations I have already recommended The Dog Alliance to several neighbors and would recommend it to anyone wanting to improve your pups manners and increase your own understanding and bond with your dog
