Aurora Community Services Counseling - Siren

This counciling center has improved a great deal. The nurse and doctor are very through and competent. I also found them to be very compassionate. Definitely would recommend.

I got talk therapy some time ago for 3 years court ordered. Now that Im sober I realized how cunning they were to avoid giving me the help I needed. I became gossip. it spread thru out the county. Nothing confidential in this small town. I specifically remembering reaching out with humility to confront the demon that possessed me.I COULD CRY RIGHT NOW at the absolute absence of meaningful help. Just a few words could have healed likeDo you prayIf you are always wanting do you think you can ever be happyHave you ever considered the strength in SITTING STILLGod forbid you or yours are sent here. Its a revolving door by intent. They threaten to run tell your PO. All the females THOROUGHLY emasculate your son then how will he cope... Im glad the county had to pay. If your kid comes for 3 months and it relapses you should get a malpractice attorney from out of town. If this will be a condition of your parole you should stay out your sentence instead. I came out of here worse than I went in. So I wont be returning.

SUCH A Mess. Very unprofessional from prescriptions being misplaced to scheduling to 1 person telling you something and the next says something different. Youre constantly being misinformed. im surprised theyre still open there in siren. Idk about the other auroras but the one in siren is horrible. The dr there is now retired so now only has nurses.

I went there very unprofessional I would recommend going outside the area

The only reason I am giving two stars are for the the good counselors admin and nursing staff.This review is primarily for the NP. If you could go somewhere else which can be hard based on the area I would recomend it. It would be to your benefit to get your psychiatric needs from your primary care or another psychiatric practitioner.

Wonderful counselor. He really knows his stuff and was a great help.
