Where do I start I worked for this company for 10 months. I had to have surgery and I was denied FMLA due to the time I had worked there. I was act lead for a period of time in which I was NOT correctly paid. The kicker was the 1000 bonus they offer to full-time new hire the last installment I really should have received I did not get on my last pay. I really can say so many bad things about this company and some of the higher people in management but theres no need. Just be careful if you plan on working for this company. And dont reply asking me to talk with HR because Amanda and I spoke about this issue along with other issues but no one cares. They just need you there so ratio is completed. Heres some advice that may help you determine if this company is a good fit for you. If youre a caring hard worker do not apply. If youre lazy and dont care about anything or anyone this is the company for you

Horrible company to work for or do business with do not leave your loved one here. Upper management is lazy and unprofessional and have the nerve to give bad references. Not a company with room for growth and advancement because they simply dont care about staff or clients. And the pay sucks

I wish the workers would stay off their phones especially Christan and focus on their clients.

A horrible place to work at. Very unprofessional staff and supervisors. The list of illegal and unethical complaints theyve received is extensive. The way they treat the clients is awful and heartbreaking made me change professions altogether. The reason they are always hiring is because anyone with a heart or brain cant stand to work there for long. Ive warned so many parents about staying as far away as possible. I will continue to let people know about this company until it gets shut down.

I dont recommend it at all.
