Good luck trying to get services answers help or a call back from the Decatur office. Months ago I went to their office to fill out the intake form because I could never get anyone on the phone And leaving numerous messages was a waste of time. The receptionist was no help when I asked when would I hear back from them Her answer was vague and I felt she was could care less. Specially I was interested in getting help from the Senior Legal department. That was at least 45 months ago. Years ago. this office was on point by offering specific days for walk- in and answers. . While I realize things change and they may be short staffed I believe public transparency and professionalism is sorely lacking anytime communication is lacking and not given Why not post information about application process wait time and what to expect. And hire a receptionist who is not on the phone doing intake phone calls while ignoring people in the lobby. If you go to their website they postboast how they serve the community. Rubbish Decatur office needs a course in professionalism and customer service.

Started calling when they were supposed to be open doing business hours called all day long no one never picked up and then after lunch the line kept being unreachable. Decided to go by there it had a note on the building saying due to covert please call lots of luck for anybody who needs them like I did. Parking there is 6 so I decided to park around the block glad I did because I really didnt have the money to pay for parking and just think if I had spent the money that I did have I would be a lot more in need. This day and time it makes me feel like the County Government is failing us who voted them in office.

Customer service is an epic failure. They should let alot of them retire and get more people that care about others situation. Times are hard and people really do need help. Stop hiring people that dont wanna work and dont have no compassion on human race. A dog get treated better then us. Just sad

I wish I could give Zero stars but I had to write this review. Sarah Austin took my case and was zero help from the start. I call and leave messages no response. I email her and her knowledge only backed up the defendant. She has been unsupportive. And takes forever to respond when needed. I havent heard from her in over four months. By now she probably cant even work on my case since I moved counties. She should at least let me know. Dont come here. And if you have to prayerfully you get different results with a successful outcome. They were 0 help to me and my situation.

Wasnt expecting much after reading the reviews while awaiting my call and not much is exactly what I got. The attorney who called stated within the first 30 seconds that she couldnt help me yet proceeded to question and third degree me for 30 more minutes. I felt like I was on the defense stand and Im actually the plaintiff in my case. She spent the entire time trying to demean and downplay my situation to the point where I felt like I was speaking with a lawyer on the defendants team. While I understand picking apart someones case and argument is a part of the job that only seems useful if youre moving forward with the case. I had already decided to move forward with small claims court and gained no new information I didnt already know from my own research. It just felt like a 30 minute attack which isnt necessary in an already stressful situation. If you cant help someone please dont continue with the third degree end the call promptly out of respect for that persons time and energy or make it clear to the public what your criteria are and dont return their call or take their information.

Tell me that youre siding with the plaintiff against the defendant in hopes of being able to get a job someday at a major company without telling me that youre siding with the plaintiff against the defendant in hopes of being able to get a job someday at one of these major companies lol In a word SHAMEFULI contacted this service because Im clearly being taken advantage of swindled and scammed by the leasing agent and apartment manager yet I get Angela R. as an attorney whos done nothing not even return calls or emails...yet shes only trying to do her best to make sure that she straddles the line between trying to look like shes helping...while really doing nothing to help at all least she and others like her receive bar association complaints.The continuous showing that there really is no allegiance to helping the public is frustrating at best.What I have learned is that many of these attorneys will gather information from you the defendant to feed it to the plaintiff or if you are the plaintiff they will feed information to the defendant...totally illegal.They do not care about you or me they are looking to one day get a job with one of these major companies as a corporate lawyer so what theyll do is call clients to gather information compare notes and basically sabotage the cases.Its immoral disgustingly obvious and goes against their so-called oath to represent clients with zeal.Word to the wise High level law firms will not hire you as youve proven yourselves to be unworthy through your behavior.Many of these so-called attorneys need to be disbarred. Period
