Never return calls from anyone and thats professional and no consideration for your issues that you speak with someone over the phone and no response yet so how are you able too depend on legal assistance when no one bothered to call you back a lots of people dealing with certain issues really be needing someone to represent them

Trying to find rental assistance. Not sure what is going on

The assistance is horrible. You have to be homeless Poor down and out in order to get any appropriate help when you need it. This is a shame that they want more homeless people in the world. These are government funded buildings and there is no way that this is fair we pay taxes just to be treated and the upmost disrespect. You cant get any answers on the phone lines and when you do get answers on the phone lines no one is going to help they are just going to hang up on you and tell you that they cant do anything for you. Something has to change and be done better with legal aid especially in the more predominantly black areas.

Food is really good. Ribs and Brisket is what I had with Collard Greens and Mac and cheese. Be careful when you order the Brisket because it seems to be a bit dry and I had to put there delicious BBQ sauce on it to help it out this the second time now so next time I will order the Chicken or the Turkey but Ill always get the Ribs

I went in the office on 777 Cleveland ave and the female receptionist at the front desk was super rude. Im in the midst of a legitimation process and was told I dont qualify because I dont have custody of two of my three children and making 17.50 is too much. I explained Im still required to financially support all of my children but that doesnt matter if I could give zero stars I would.

So far I have nothing bad to say. Ive called legal aid in Gwinnett let me say the Atlanta office cares at least about whats going with my situation. Ms. Dial is great she listens shes all about the information needed to progress to the next step. Im currently going through a situation no where close to being resolved or over with I feel as if this Atlanta office will try to offer me as much support as needed. Thats the feeling I get when everything is said done.Will update as things proceed.04192023

The receptionist hung up in my face and no one has called me yet. I left two messages. How long does it take to call someone back needing assistance. Very unprofessional.
