the worst experience I have ever had. they will take your money and not treat you. The doctor is rude and inconsiderate. if you want to throw your money away this is the place to do it. Trash AKA the dump I arrived at my appointment early. When it was time for my appointment the Dr. took another patient back and told me it would just take a second. The from desk lady stated she was just going to sit her in the chair. Well she sat her in the chair and started her treatment of some kind and I was still sitting there waiting on my appointment to start. The called for me and I followed her to the room. she started her intake and I was explaining to her my medical history. She might think all of her patients are out for drugs but not all people. The people that truly need medication have to go through hoops to get it. I even told her that I am open to switching medications in I need to and all she could suggest were 2 medications that I have had been on for years and they no longer work for me. Then someone knocked on the door and she was about to answer in the middle of my appointment that she was late to. I told her no this is my time and that Im paying you so who ever is at the door can wait. I then asked her about the 2 medications was that the only options and she said yes. I was stunned. I asked her out of all the medication in this world those are the only ones she can proscribe me and she said yes. I than stated thank you for taking my money and wasting my time. I requested for my money back as I did not received service and the Dr is refusing to refund me. So I will be spreading the word about this practice all over 25.00 copay so look out to be blasted

Avoid this doctor.I initially confirmed 2x that they accepted my insurance combination.I drove out 1.5 hours to do an initiatal appointment. Was told everything was fine but they wanted to get prior authorization.After 2 weeks I contacted them back to see where the PA stood and schedule TMS. I was told by Abraham that they did NOT take my combo but he would be taking all of my demographic information and I could be a cash-paying patient.This to me sounds like a Scam or very bad communication at best.Be advised they could come back while you are in mid-sequence and claim you are not covered so you need to self pay.If you decide to use them and I recommend against it get everything in writing before going in and wasting your time.

my family and I have been patients here for almost 2 years the experience has been very helpful. The nurse practitioner is the main one that I see. Ive never felt so comfortable speaking to someone. The main doctor is also very understanding. Ive tried other places but I feel like they always rush me but not here. I highly suggest this practice if you are looking for appointments as soon as possible.Mireya and Tania the two girls working at the front desk are very sweet and they are very helpful when it comes to questions about medication or appointments.

Ive been coming here for two months and so far everything is great. The staff really shows determination when it comes to helping someone in need. The doctors are very professional and very passionate about their jobs. I called thinking that I wont get an appointment until further out but to my surprise they scheduled me the next day. This place also takes children of all ages. I will definitely be bringing my daughter here.

WORST DR EVERRRRRR So rude She prescribed me the wrong medication that insurance didnt cover and told me to tell my pharmacy to request a schedule 2 drug. She obviously doesnt know how the healthcare system works. Absolutely incompetent. I called several times a day for a week to get her to get me the right medication for me but she never did. They ended up blocking my number so I had to call with no caller id. She told me I was annoying for calling so many times to check on my meds but if she did her job I wouldnt have to call. Do not go here they do not care about you. I have gone a week with no medication because of this incompetent and rude doctor.UPDATE- If the office staff were competent they would be able to spell quite and controlled. Office should not be operating if they do not have basic English skills. Furthermore they should hold the basic knowledge to know that the patient did not advise the doctor which drug was right or wrong for said patient but that the prescriber herself knew she sent the wrong prescription for the patient and did not fix it at ALL. Not to mention the doctor brought up the patients personal relationship his girlfriend which he confided in her Dr. Rizvi as a medical professional and she used the personal information to taunt him in an unfound accusation about his girlfriend.This establishment is extremely unprofessional and I am saddened to know that places like this are still legally allowed to exist in 2022.

Very bad customer service. Girl at the front desk is very rude. As soon as we came in you can tell she did not want to be there. As for the doctor she was ok but I felt rushed through the appointment but I will give it another try because she is the only one in my area that is taking new patients. I really hope my experience with the front desk receptionist will be better next time. I was under the impression that the front desk receptionists were nice and helpful but it must of been another employee.

they were quick to give me my medication but Dr. Rizvi is extremely apathetic and does not listen very well. ive been attempting to explain for a few months now that the medications prescribed are not working for me and she does not seem to care or want to know how they are effecting me.

One of the worst experiences Ive had at a doctors office. Went in to talk about going back on an ADHD medication I was on for 8 years but stopped taking for a few years due to side effects. Was asked a few generic patient questions and took the basic X test on the computer 200 out of pocket by the way. Was told that the test shows I dont have ADHD but Id be prescribed a non stimulant medication for it anyways. No discussion about the side effects of the medicine what it was or other options. Wont be going back and will definitely not be taking what they prescribed. Overall a waste of time and money.

After reading a couple of the reviews I was a little skeptical about coming in but I decided to give it a chance. My experience here was excellent not only did I get an appointment the day of but I also had a wonderful experience with the doctor I was able to talk to her like I never talked to anyone before when it came to medication Mireya the office manager suggested that I bring in records to prove that I have been taking a certain medication which I did. This was one of the first places where I felt like I was actually getting help. Thank you so much to everyone at this practice.

Do NOT use their services. Worst run office Ive ever come in contact. 6 months of service and I was tossed around between 4 different people. Billed me for small amounts with no sourcing well after my service ended. Got a bill for 10 with no credibility almost a year after the appointment it was related to. Paid it just for them to leave me alone.Edit in reply No its not. You gave me the same spill while I used your services for billing issues. You had two offices in two different locations and you just renamed one of them recently. The doctor that I spoke with on my first appointment is the same doctor that leads your practice.
