About Astir ABA

Astir ABA is committed to providing compassionate and personalized behavioral consulting and behavior analytic services to interested individuals and their family, teams, groups, and organizations.

Specialized Service Delivery Model:

Most practices use the ABA Tiered Delivery Model. This model is structured with a Behavior Technician delivering 100% of services to clients under a minimum of 5% supervision from a Behavior Analyst. Typically, within this tiered delivery model, the providers rarely get time together, if any, outside of client sessions. Education as well as experience in behavior analysis can vary across Behavior Technicians. The main requirements to become a Behavior Technician are: a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, completing a 40-hour training course, and passing a competency assessment.
