My five starts go to the one PA I adore. Bozena Czupka. I have seen her since 2009. The Drs are another story. Thank goodness Dr McAllister is gone because he was arrogant and rude. I got transferred to Dr Zagar. However any pain you have he attributes to it being psychological even when its a hard fall and youve already been diagnosed with a concussion by his psyche evaluation test staff knee injuries so bad you need surgery. My balance has been off for several years after an intense fall so I avoid seeing him and go straight to Bozena. Also make sure to check your notes because like with every Dr Ive encountered what you are telling them is NOT always what they are writing down. Its imperative to ask for copies of your records after your visit. My cardiologists office prints them out as you are leaving and hands them to you.

The doctors Physician Assistants nurses and medical staff are the best I have dealt with. ALL of themwho I have seen in the nearly 15 years I have gone here are extremely compassionate and great at their jobs. I see the many one star reviews which I can say are not reflective of the care from the staff. Ive had the same team for years. I LOVE Bojena. She is a PA who is deeply knowledgable and she cares about her patients which is rare to find these days. Bojena stands out to me as a professional and as a kind human. Also worth mentioning is their migraine center that is staffed with the friendliest nurses you will meet. The medical staff here understands the trauma inflicted on the lives of their patients suffering from migraine. The migraine center is basically an ER that only treats migraines in their office. They give you a dark private room with an IV and the medicine you need to quickly knock the migraine out. This saves you a trip to a hospital ER. I can say from experience that a trip to the hospital with a severe migraine is the worst thing I have experienced.

I was a patient for the first time in December 2018 with a number of follow up visits. The entire experience was outstanding. Dr. Zagar initially then Vanessa for the following visits. I felt as if I was in great hands every time. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Nurses front desk everyone. For any patient I suggest filling the initial paperwork out online. Saves time and makes it easier for everyone. And arrive early if possible. It makes the schedule run smoothly.

I have been going to Associated Neurologists for decades for differing and complex conditions and have been treated well every single visit. The office is nice staff friendly and doctors and PA are wonderful. They take the time to listen and do appropriate testing to get proper diagnosis and try different therapies to alleviate symptoms. I feel they are treating my conditions properly and caring for me as a person.

I never wrote a review good or bad for anything but I am compelled to say that my visit this morning was top drawer. Especially because I saw some disparaging reviews before my visit. They couldnt have been more misleading. Everyone at reception was very pleasant. I didnt have to wait long. In fact I was only half through filling out my intake information before I was taken to an examination room. The intake nurse Faye was as sweet and as personable as can be. She even explained why my blood pressure was a tad high and that there was nothing to worry about. But wait my experience with Dr. Blondin was excellent. I have been to many neurologists over the past year who have been baffled by my condition. But within ten minutes the good doctor with a winning manner and smile Important to my feeling at ease listened intently to everything I had to say and bingo he found the answer to my recovery. I am so happy and grateful to have a new lease on life. Thank you to everyone in the Fairfield office.

As a returning patient who sustained yet another concussion they refuse to see me until November. They told me to go see my regular MD. When I called back to inform them that my doctor wants me under the care of a Neuro they said have your Dr call us. They are RUDE UNCARING AND VERY INCONSIDERATE OF PEOPLES FEELINGS. I wonder if their bosses know what they do Not only will I leave this horrible review I will report them for the way I was treated. Or shall I say not treated.

Some staff in Fairfield are horrible. We witnessed a patient who was a few minutes late and told to leave. The patient called ahead and said she was on her way. Using a walker she managed to get to the waiting room where she waited to be seen. They would not even ask the doctor. Dispicable

My son is autistic low-functioning and nonverbal he developed epilepsy as a young adult. This practice was recommended by nurses and physicians at St. Vincents Hospital. Dr. Zagar PA Vanessa Woolard the medical assistants and support staff are fantastic The other physicians who have covered for Dr. Z for the occasional night or weekend calls have given us prompt courteous and expert care. As for waiting time Ive observed that Specialists balance patients with preventative and follow-up needs and those who have injuries or suddenunexpected illness who are told to come in even though their visit didnt fit neatly into the offices schedule. As a parent and working professional I expect that complex concerns that are urgent require more time and attention than a routine check-up. My son has had both types of medical needs and theyve always been met at ANSC.

My first visit was in July of this year and I have had several other appointments at Associated Neurology of Southern Connecticut. Because of my illness I expect to be using this business for years to come. The service is exceptional. In some doctors offices there is a long wait but at this business service is prompt. The receptionists are always respectful and ready to answer any of my questions. Even though I have a serious speech impediment and it takes a while to explain myself whoever answers the phone is extremely patient and whenever I call to leave a message for my superb doctor Toothacher he responds the same day. Dr. Toothacher is highly professional competent and extremely compassionate and so are other staff members with whom I have come in contact. I would definitely recommend this business to family and friends.

Incredibly incompetent office - seriously need an office manager. I have been going there for years for migraine treatment and luckily I have moved to a new town and can get them out of my life. I dont even know where to begin. No one picks up the phone no one responds when you leave a detailed message about prescription renewal - thats a joke. They sent the wrong instructions on an mri indicting the wrong area of the body that screwed everybodys day up at that place. A friend of mine was forgotten in the waiting room and left sitting there after they closed. Just the worst. Even their automated appt reminder phone call cuts off halfway through before telling you the date and time of appt - been that way for several years nobody bothers to check it. Really annoying place to deal with. Tons of people running around holding laptops and the staff is truly chronically clueless. The doctors and PAs are good - I kept getting a different PA every time which was frustrating but I finally got one named Bozena Czapka who was awesome and just kept asking for her. Bottom line total disorganization and lots of errors made. They need a complete office reorganization because they are the pits.
