Founding Story

Aspire Living & Learning started in Vermont in 1981 under the name The Institute of Professional Practice (IPPI). Aspire Living and Learning is a top heavy company where the frontline workers and clients matter very little compared to the bottom line and Im making sure that each office in NH receives the one star review they deserve. The good this company did ended two state directors ago. The current state director has no clue whats going on in the office where he physically works let alone the rest of the company. the state director before him allowed a vicious bully to remain in place as project director in one of her offices. Said bully was allowed to promote friends and family intimidate staff and eliminate those who did not agree with her. She is still a project director despite numerous complaints and what for others would surely be fireable offenses. At each office including this one there are no staff members to directly support clients but no lack of management making salaries off of client budgets while refusing to jump in and help care for those on whom the companydepends. Yes there is a staffing crisis but thiscompany does little to ameliorate its effects. Dont send vulnerable people here.
