This place is a JOKE If I could give it a negative rating I would They admitted a family member of mine and her clothes were stolen. We were asked to bring her clothes and other personals and we did on two different occasions. She did not receive her things until the day before she was released and the day of. Everyone that works here is rude and incompetent. This is not my only negative experience with this place just too much to type I would not reccomend this place to anyone

My son was in crisis for more than 24 hours. We went to the crisis center at 1000 Tuesday morning waited for two hours not one person came through the waiting area except for a nurse that was leaving. He went to the back to find help for us and was unsuccessful. We left and started trying to call five phone calls later I decided to take my son to Phoebes emergency room. They saw us and did blood work then said they did not do crisis that we had to go to Aspire. We went back at 830 pm actually got registered and at 1030 pm my son could not stand to sit there any longer so we went home. Wednesday morning at 1000 he was finally registered in less than an hour and everyone kept asking him why he left the other two times that they were looking all over for him. I talked to him at 330pm he is still sitting in the waiting area. I hope and pray his treatment is better than this first impression.
